Samuel’s non contact ink jet stencil systems

completely eliminate the use of stencils.
Our application is absolutely clean with no
overspray, no fumes, and no additional
venting is required. With Samuel solid state
print heads, you can print any logo and text
in up to three unique colours. This groundbreaking computer controlled system allows
you to print variable information such as,
time/date/shift, serialized numbering of
packages, marketing information, number of
pieces per package and more. This verstatile
system can be run easily in manual mode
or set up to interface with the mill PLC. Our
user friendly Windows interface for system
set up and message selection is standard for
all semi automatic applications. But perhaps
best of all, this versatile and high quality print
has been proven to be competitive with paint
costs.
