Middle School Mission Trip 2016

Cost of trip is $230.00 all-inclusive.
Main Activities:
 Discipleship Classes each day
 Supporting the local VBS at Calvary Baptist Church
 Team building activities at Lazy F exclusive to this group.

Financial Timetable:
 Balance of $230 due by July 1st .
Meeting Dates:
 Parent/student meeting May 15th at 5pm in the Multipurpose Room.
 Participating in and attending VBS training meeting at Calvary’s VBS (Summer
Spectacular) is vital. The date for this is Sunday, June 26th, 4:00pm-5:30pm in
the Sanctuary. This will be where “on-the-job” training will occur to prepare the
students for their leadership role within the VBS @ Calvary Baptist.
 There will be four small group trainings at 6pm on Sunday’s, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5 and 6/12 in
the Multipurpose Room.
 Final preparation meeting Wednesday, July 6th at 6pm.
