Procedure for the Admin Login: ♦ Figure 1: SRI VENKATESWARA SWAMI DEVASTHANAM DWARAKA THIRUMALA TICKET BOOKING Login details for Admin screen ♦ The Temple Admin will enter the logins. Figure 3: Seva Masters Updation Screen Figure 4: All the Sevas Available to that temple will be shown, if the admin wants to add the new Seva, he can select the Add Seva Button Figure 4: Add Seva Screen ♦ After Admin clicking on “Add Seva” button, all Details are displayed. Like shown in the below screen. ♦ Admin will enter the Seva Name, Seva Description, Seva Type, No of persons allowed , No of tickets allowed, Is prasadam required, reporting time all are displayed. Like shown in below screen. NOTE: When Admin will select Prasadam required is YES. Prasadam details are shown like LADDU, BIG LADDU, PULIHORA, OTHERS Figure 5: Seva Details, Date and Amount Entry Screen ♦ ♦ The Admin will also update the Seva available dates and amount showed in figure 5. After Admin clicking on “Submit” button, all details are updated. NOTE: Admin will select the seva type, No of tickets is allowed, if the Admin will select the limited tickets the text box will pop up beside the grid the admin will enter the no of tickets are allowed for that select seva. ♦ Figure 6 ,The Admin can also Edit the existing Sevas shown in below screen Figure 6: Seva Details update link Screen ♦ After Admin clicking on “Edit details” button, all Details are displayed. Like shown in the below screen Figure 7: Existing Seva Details Screen ♦ The Admin can modify the all details of the existing seva details, date and Amount also. ♦ After admin clicking on “Update” button, confirmation pop is generated. Like shown in the below screen. ♦ If Admin will click the “OK” button all modify details are updated for that selected Seva. Like shown in below screen Record will be Updated successfully Screen ♦ Initially displayed the all sevas in admin login without check mark like shown below screen ♦ If The Admin is select the Inactive button check mark, selected Seva is not available in the Seva master like shown in below screen
