The conveying operation can only be resumed by manually repositioning the suction lance. The problem occurs in particular when the bulk container is getting empty. Over a long period, the operator must manually guide the suction lance over the material to ensure that the plastic inner liner is completely emptied. solved by OKTOMAT® discharging stations characteristics Applicable to all bulk containers with plastic inner liner (octoboxes, mesh boxes, super sacks, big bags and FIBCs) and to all bulk containers with loops (for example super sacks, big bags and FIBCs). complete discharging operation automatically While discharging by suction, the flexible bulk bag walls are pulled upwards and inwards by means of the automatic bag lifting operation.
