ith the help of a super fun safari theme, the Big Knight
Planning Team had SO much fun planning another
special event for you! Of course, this night would not
be possible without the help of all of the countless volunteers,
donors and students who worked many many many hours to make
this night a success. Thanks so much to the AWESOME Big

hank you for supporting the students of Luther High
School by attending the fourth annual Big Knight! All of
the proceeds from the event tonight will ensure that more
students will continue to have the opportunity to have a Christcentered education and attend Luther High. A percentage of the
monies raised tonight will go into the Student Tuition Endowment Fund (which will benefit students in the future) and the
bulk of the monies raised will go into the Tuition Assistance Fund
(which will benefit students already next school year).
How tuition assistance is granted:

Applicants submit a request for tuition assistance
Assistance requests are gathered by an agency called FACTS Grant and Aid
Assessment Service
FACTS submits an assessment to Luther High
A tuition assistance committee at Luther awards financial grants based on
the information supplied by FACTS and the applicants. Special consideration is given to cases of exceptional need
The Tuition Assistance Fund is funded by gifts from The Big Knight, The
Good Steward Store, The Friends of Luther & individual people.
All applications are kept in strict confidence
Tuition assistance applications are submitted on an annual basis

This is BIG people! Be one of the people to witness the Packer OF
vs. the DF in a softball game!! The game is on June 3 in Appleton
at the Fox City Stadium, home of the Timber Rattlers (the class
A team for the Milwaukee Brewers). Last year's roster included
members of the defensive team: Charles Woodson, Nick Collins,
Pat Lee, Davon House, Brett Goode, Ricky Elmore, Mike Neal,
Tim Masthay, Mason Crosby, D.J. Smith and Frank Zombo. The
offensive team was led by Donald Driver and quarterback Aaron
Rodgers. Also on that team were: Antonio Robinson, Chastin
West, Jermichael Finley, Tom Crabtree, D.J. Williams, Andrew
Quarless, Bryan Baluga, Josh Sitton, Marshall Newhouse, T.J. Lang
and quarterback Matt Flynn. This year's roster will be released a
week before the event. The objectives of the Donald Driver Foundation are to: raise, broaden and deepen the level of understanding
of homeless families.
