He has provided land use planning, master planning, and project design services to governmental, institutional, commercial, and residential clients throughout Southern California. He is personally involved in the planning and design of all the firm’s work. His knowledge of local permit procedures and the individuals who administer them offers our clients significant advantages in timely approval of quality projects. Scott Boydstun, A.I.A. In that capacity he is responsible for the preparation of design documents, and works with the project team throughout the project to ensure realization of the design intent in the built project. His responsibilities include project management, the preparation of design development and construction documents, coordination of all engineering consultants, contact with the client’s technical representatives, management of the plan checking and permitting process, and administration of the bidding and construction phases. He is familiar with local permitting processes throughout Ventura County. Joe Panushka, A.I.A. Ms. Evans typically provides construction administration support services, including submittal review and coordination, as well as field visits as required. Catherine Wilson, A.I.A. Since 1985 he has focused his work primarily on the preparation of cost estimates and specifications, either preparing or reviewing these documents for most of the firm’s projects.
