Our 21st year in the NRL is a significant milestone, similar to a young adult turning 21 years of age. On the road to 21 there are challenges and heartache
along the way, and we as a club have had our share too.
By 21, a person’s character has been largely formed – I hope that our character as a club has been built around the qualities that our members,
sponsors and fans can all be proud of.
A person does not typically reach 21 without sacrifice, made by the people who care for them. We as a club are privileged to have been cared for by many
wonderful people and businesses over the last 21 years, many of whom have sacrificed much to help our great club.
As we leave behind our “junior years”, it’s time for us to make our mark and build on what we’ve already achieved both on and off the field, with the
ongoing assistance of our supporters.

Our club has a solid foundation and has matured into a successful and sustainable organisation, and now is the time for us to work harder than ever.

As a North Queenslander who has returned to the region to steer the Toyota Cowboys to our next level of success, I’ve made some key observations about
the commitment and support of our corporate membership base.
The first is the extraordinary pride that our corporate members place in their support of the club – you see this displayed in their workplaces, in the
signed corporate bays at the stadium, and in the atmosphere and excitement in the lounges on game day.
The second is the enormous optimism and drive of the North Queensland business community, and how the values of hard work, commitment and
sacrifice are shared by our boys on the field and by you in planning for your business.
Our team embodies the hopes, dreams and aspirations of our region, and represents you on the national stage, week in, week out.

When will the 2016 season draw be available?
The NRL has indicated that the 2016 draw will be released in late 2015.
Is there a renewal deadline if I am a current corporate member?
The renewal closing date is Friday 30 October 2015.
Are food & beverages included in the investment price of my corporate facility?
Food & beverages are not included in the investment price of External Corporate Box and Corral
packages. Food & beverages are included in the Muster Club, Captains’ Lounge and Eastern Saloon
packages – please refer to package description for full details.
If I am an External Corporate Box or Corral package holder, how do I organise my catering?
Representatives of Spotless, the 1300SMILES Stadium caterers, will contact you to discuss your
catering requirements early in 2016.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, dress is smart casual and enclosed footwear must be worn.
Can I smoke in my corporate facility?
No - smoking is prohibited within 1300SMILES Stadium.
Are children allowed into the corporate areas?
The policy on children’s attendance is:
MUSTER CLUB – No children under the age of 12 years are permitted. Children over 12 must have a
Muster Club corporate ticket to attend.
CAPTAINS’ LOUNGE – No children under the age of 12 years are permitted. Children over 12 must
have a Captain’s Lounge corporate ticket to attend.
EXTERNAL BOXES & COWBOYS CORRALS – Children are allowed at the discretion of the facility
holder. Those over the age of 5 years must have a corporate ticket for the facility.
EASTERN SALOON – No children under the age of 18 years are permitted.
Please contact the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys regarding to special requests for entry for
children under 12 years.
Can one corporate facility be purchased by more than one company?
Yes, this is called Box or Facility Sharing and the following policy applies:
• There is to be only one contact per facility. This person will be referred to as the Facility Principal.
• The other parties involved who share the facility will be referred to as Facility Shareholders.
• The Facility Principal is responsible for information transfer to the Facility Shareholders.
• The benefits contained in each corporate package do not represent what each Shareholder receives, but what is allocated to that particular facility.
• These benefits will be delivered to the Facility Principal, who is responsible for the distribution to
Facility Shareholders, if applicable.
• Separate invoicing for the facility is offered upon request, otherwise the Facility Principal shall be
invoiced the full amount of the corporate package.
• The Facility Principal is responsible for the food & beverage account for each game. Only one
account shall be issued per box by the Caterers.
