FLOW restrictor
are custommanufactured to fit your existing plumbing layout
and are complete with either plastic or checker-plate
aluminum lids. They can be installed above ground,
partially recessed, at floor level or completely below
the floor as required. Our high-grade 3/ 8” and 1/2”
polypropylene can withstand light duty traffic.

T-BAFFLE
Duratrap’s unique
inverted “T-Baffle”
reduces turbulence
in the interceptor
maximizing the
capture of fats, oils,
grease and solids.
This integrated design
also provides for easy
access to the inlet
and outlet.
FLOW Restrictor
Duratrap features an integrated flow control that has been
carefully engineered to maximize efficiency by slowing
the flow of wastewater into the trap. This increases
retention time and improves grease and solids separation.
HOW A GREASE INTERCEPTOR WORKS
Grease interceptors capture and retain fats, oils, grease
(FOG) and solids, allowing cleaner wastewater to pass
through to the sewer.
As grease interceptors fill with captured FOG and solids,
they progressively become less effective and begin
discharging excess FOG and solids into the sewer.
