however for the first time running WebPro please follow these instructions.

menu. The Viewer will appear on the top center of your computer screen.

Troubleshooting
If you receive the following error when launching the Viewer:
Check the top of your IE screen for a yellow horizontal bar. If that appears, click the
‘Cancel’ button in the dialog box then click the yellow bar and select “Install ActiveX
Control”.
If you receive a message that the Viewer needs to be launched from the website, please
close the Viewer, open the WebPro site, login and allow WebPro to automatically open
the Viewer when it is needed. This should only appear once as WebPro will then update
the necessary registry on your computer.
Viewer Issue: This impacts only those users who run PMAPS WebPro with HP Quality
Center software. Both applications register a control called: “dsoframer.ocx”. WebPro
uses the most recent version: 1.3.1323.0 May 8 2007 while HP uses version: 9.2.0.5155
Jan 15 2009. While the date is later on the HP version it is due to a change to the control
and not following the Microsoft recommendation for control changes: Reference:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms811700.aspx. There are workarounds using
.bat files to register each when needed. Please let us know if you need assistance or run
into issues if you have HP Quality Center on your PC.
