Location
The big advantage is the proximity to the sea. Just 100 meters from the villa is the sea. The picturesque
coast with red rocks can be reached by short walks along footpaths. The small, romantic bay "Aigua
Xelida" is located a few minutes walk away. The villa is situated on a quiet road with no through
traffic. The urbanisation Aigua Xelida is considered one of the most exclusive residential
neighberhoods at the Costa Brava, where live high net worth people. So among our neighbours e.g. the
world famous tenor José Carreras!
Tamariu
Tamariu, a charming little fishing village that has preserved its typical character, is located
approximately 80km south of the French border and 100km north along the coast from Barcelona.
There are no modern buildings. Only old, beautifully renovated houses line the flat sandy beach. In
Tamariu there are some shops, small but elegant beach hotels and several recommended restaurants,
even a Diving Base. Only 5 km away is the small vibrant town of Palafrugell (17’000 inhabitants)
with a daily market and all amenities. Four golf courses are in the approximate region.
