CHEMICALS
1. Prepare surface by cleaning with State 999® to remove any contaminants.
2. Surface must be clean and dry before painting.
3. Always test in an inconspicuous area to confirm surface compatibility. *Although product is clear, a slight
amber hue arises from the resin and could be seen on white or light surfaces.
4. Shake can at least one minute after rattle is heard and occasionally during use.
5. Spray surface with steady, even strokes with a distance of 12 inches between can and surface.
6. Allow at least one-hour to dry between applications. Optimum results are reached with two coatings.
7. If clogging develops, turn spray button ¼ turn or remove and clean. If product leaks after use, a particulate may
be lodged in valve. To dislodge, pump the actuator up and down until valve can close completely.
8. After each use, clear the valve by turning can upside down and spraying until no product dispenses.
9. Recoat every 3-6 months depending on wear.

DURA-LOCK is a high-tech adhesive system used for repair or assembly. It is a 2 part
epoxy that brings structural adhesives to maintenance.
Even though DURA-LOCK is high tech, it's easy to use. The system comes equipped
with easy-to-use application tools that take the guesswork out of mixing and
application techniques. When these tools are used correctly, there is never a
concern about mixing or proper application.
DURA-LOCK adhesives are practical, safe and cost effective.
• Practical-They can join materials that cannot be attached with other means. They also can make permanent
repairs without dismantling or extending downtime. The adhesives allow you to keep a line running until
needed parts arrive or downtime can be scheduled.
• Safe-The DURA-LOCK system can replace welding in some applications, which eliminates the damages and
dangers created by brazing or soldering torches.
• Cost effective- DURA-LOCK adhesives repair expensive plastic parts that would ordinarily have to be replaced.
They also resist the damaging effects of weather and fatigue.
The adhesive technology combines the advantages of acrylic,
cyanoacrylate, epoxy, and urethane structural adhesives.
We have specially formulated four different types of structural adhesives. Each of these adhesives have individual
