FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Will I be able to ride if I have not met the minimum fundraising level? No, all participants must have reached the minimums required to participate. If you are unsure of your minimum requirement, please visit the fundraising page at give.cureonwheels.org. Is check-in mandatory? Yes! This is the only way for you to receive your rider number, laminated spoke card with emergency numbers and purple wristband. How is parking being handled? Ample parking is available both across the street from Tampa Bay Watch on the grass median as well along the Bay Way on the grass median before you reach Tampa Bay Watch. We will have signs and people to help direct you. Should we arrive early? It is recommended that you arrive early to help avoid lines at check-in and to obtain a parking spot. What do I do with my cash and check donations that I have not turned in yet? Please bring your cash and check donations with you the day of the ride. We will have designated volunteers available to accept your donations and accurately log them to your account. It is very important that you have your donations recorded by a Cure on Wheels check-in volunteer to confirm all donations have been credited to your account accurately. Please do not turn them over to anyone and assume they will be logged later. In addition, we will have our credit card machine available. Who should the checks be made payable to? Please make all checks payable to "Cure on Wheels" and be sure to note your name on the check memo line. Do you provide food and drink for the riders? Yes, we provide complimentary food and beverages for all registered riders who have reached the fundraising minimum. Complimentary beer is available for all registered riders 21 years of age and older. ID required. What if I have friends or family who want to attend the after party events? Each registered rider who has met the minimum fundraising levels, as well as virtual riders who have met the $100 fundraising level is allowed to bring one adult guest for an additional $25 donation and they will be admitted to the concert and allowed complimentary food and beverages. In addition, children 17 and under are admitted free. Additional adult guests are asked to make a $100 donation. When and where can I pick up my rider incentives (jersey, towel, or combo light kit) if I have qualified? Jerseys will be available during check in for all riders who registered before the March 15th jersey order deadline (to allow for the 6 week order lead time). We will be placing an additional order after the ride for all other jerseys and they will be available for pick up at Trek of St Pete, or mailed if necessary once received. Anyone who earned a beach towel will be able to pick it up at the event. Combo light kits will be ordered once fundraising is closed. We will keep fundraising open until May 15, 2016 to allow participants to continue fundraising for additional incentives. Can I register the day of the event and still participate? Yes! Just keep in mind that the fundraising minimums are required to ride. Can I continue to fundraise even after the event is over? Yes! We highly encourage you to do so! We will keep the event website live after the event to allow for more fundraising so those who did wish to earn additional incentives can have more time. We will keep fundraising open until May 15, 2016. At that time we will place our final orders for rider incentives. !BLACK 1 !»<' ?,( cure on WHeeLS lllowfqlDwenlawotldwrthoutcancer.
