The Chamber Holiday Party was held on Wednesday, December 9th at the
Chamber offices. Thank you to the members, staff and guests who made this a
very successful and fun event.
From the Desk of the Chamber Director
As we begin 2016, the Stoughton Chamber sends a BIG THANK YOU to the Chamber Board,
Chamber Members, Ambassadors, and Volunteers. Together we represent a significant voice in our
community and as a group we make a positive difference. The Chamber continues to maintain a
solid membership base. This is, I believe, a reflection of the fact that Chamber members want to
contribute in a meaningful way to our community.
The Chamber is working very hard on your behalf to enhance the community in which we live and
work. During the year ahead we intend to continue demonstrating the value of Chamber
membership.
The Chamber is often asked by businesses, “Why is it important to join the Stoughton Chamber of
Commerce?” The answer is the Chamber of Commerce is designed to enhance your business so that
it will prosper. As a member of the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce, you will have invaluable
opportunities to network with other businesses and organizations. These networking opportunities
will allow you to meet with other business leaders, recruit new customers, and establish your desire
to help create a prosperous business community. The Stoughton Chamber organizes events to
enhance your business, such as, monthly Lunch n Learns, Business after Five events, and the events
that bring many visitors to our community. The Stoughton Chamber promotes businesses through
our Facebook page and our website, http://www.stoughtonwi.com (which is the second most
popular website listed when you Google on Stoughton, WI).
There are many exciting developments occurring in Stoughton. The Chamber wants to continue to
see our community prosper and thrive. This can be accomplished by all of us working together.
