Prize Drawing Information
You do not have to be present to win. There are 7 drawings so when you purchase 7 tickets you have
at least one chance for each prize drawing. If you are present at the drawing you also have additional
options:
1. If your ticket is drawn for a prize, you have an option of taking "all" the package of presents, or have
an immediate "auction" of one unwanted present for a 50/50 split with the church of the proceeds from
the auction. The beginning bid will be half the value of the unwanted present.
2. Or, you may reject the package altogether, receive additional new chance tickets to be put into the
next drawing. You can only do this once but as prize levels go up, you will receive the next level of
package number of tickets to do so ... reject 1st package = 2 tickets; reject 2nd package = 3 tickets; ...
reject 6th package = 7 tickets; increasing the odds of the next drawing. The rejected prize package will
be redrawn (will not be subject to rejection again).
If you are not present for the drawing, you win the package with no options.
Those volunteers that help sell tickets will be rewarded a FREE ticket when they turn in each $100.00
worth of tickets sold.
This fundraiser is for The Building Fund AND The Food Pantry.
