Facility Requirement

機台の必要容量は15Aです。）
2. Gas: XCDA tube: 3/8" , 6 Kg/cm2
(　実際には5Kg/cm2まで使用することができます。
200L/min;Port一つ毎につき、管を一つ引きます。)
