The BOTTLEBOX® Process
1. The recycling center receives bales of discarded
bottles.

2. After braking the bales the bottles are sorted into
different colors.
3. The bottles are ground up into flakes and washed
thoroughly.
4. The clean flakes meet food grade standards.

6. The sheet is then used in a thermoforming
process to make our BOTTLEBOX® containers.
