A.W.T.’s Accu-Print High-Tech Mini™ flatbed printer is
a high-performance printer in a smaller format. Offering
many of the operational advantages of larger High-Tech
models, the High-Tech Mini features independent print
carriage and headlift drives for smooth, vibration-free cycling
at high production speeds. And while it may be the smallest printer in the High-Tech series, it delivers “big” features
like a heavy-duty, tubular-steel chassis; industrial timing
belt drive with a heavy-duty, ball-bearing print carriage;
and an ultra-quiet, maintenance-free vacuum motor.
The universal masterframe accepts all frame types and
disengages from the printing head for fast setup and cleaning.
Ball-bearing head lock-in assures pinpoint registration for

Flatbed Printer with Remote Diagnostics
A.W.T.’s Accu-Print High-Tech Micro™ is a small-format
flatbed printer designed for high performance. A threepoint micro-registration system is standard, along with
such features as independent drives for print carriage
and headlift, five-point masterframe lock-in print head and
an ultra-quiet, maintenance-free vacuum motor. The universal
masterframe accepts all frame types and disengages from the
printing head for fast setup and cleaning.
The Remote Diagnostics feature enables instant service
anywhere in the world by means of a phone-modem link
between an onboard microprocessor and the A.W.T. diagnostic
computer. It can reduce the expense of service calls by as
much as 80%. No matter how you look at it, this state-ofthe-art computer-controlled machine is a standout. It beats

The Accu-Print High Tech V-LS™ long stroke printer
has been engineered specifically for the demands of banner
printing and other substrates like wood, glass and plastic.
The all-hydraulic vertical-lift drive gives ultra-smooth
operation at full production speeds and better access
to the working area. Lateral print-stroke direction
provides better support for the squeegee and assures
consistent ink laydown for high-coverage areas. Unlike
conventional long stroke printers, the High-Tech V-LS
has parallel peel, an exclusive feature that results in
a more consistent flood stroke.
Other features that set this machine apart are a
pneumatic squeegee-pressure-equalization system that levels
the squeegee to the substrate and a tool-free carriage that
allows independent squeegee and floodbar pressure settings.

The Accu-Print High-Tech RP™ is engineered for highspeed inline production of virtually any printable rigid panel
from glass to wood to metal, etc. Rugged enough to handle
heavy panels, the High-Tech RP’s heavy-duty plate lowers
stock smoothly onto the transport belt after printing. The
belt delivers heavy and fragile substrates, such as glass,
wood and metal to the takeoff for easy offloading.

The Accu-Print High-Tech HL/RP™ flatbed printer
combines the leading attributes of the High-Tech
HL™ and RP™ printers. The result is a four-post
microprocessor-controlled flatbed printing system
for high-speed production of virtually any rigid
panel, such as glass, wood or metal, etc. It offers
exceptional ease of operation and print quality along
with the ruggedness to handle heavy panels.
The registration system has one electric eye for
missed sheets. Further enhancing its versatility are
features such as automatic transport, parallel peel
control and vacuum system with blowback.
The remote diagnostic feature, which uses a phone
modem connection to link the onboard microprocessor
to the A.W.T. diagnostic computer, reduces costly service calls and cuts downtime by up to 80%.
The print area ranges from 22 x 30" (56 x 76 cm) to
52 x 120" (132 x 305 cm), with print speeds up to 500
pieces per hour.
The Accu-Print High-Tech V-LS/RP™ printer blends
features of the High-Tech V-LS™ and RP™ units
together in a long stroke printer designed for exceptionalquality printing on glass and other rigid panels. It
is rugged enough to handle heavy panels and also
includes a pneumatically activated left and right
sliding frame-lock system that holds smaller screen
frames, eliminating the need for mechanical clamps.
Other standard features further emphasize that the
V-LS/RP stands out in its class, such as an automatic
transport system, motor-driven parallel peel for more
consistent flood stroke and the A.W.T. phone-modem
interface system. The latter directly connects an

presses to print circuit boards, dials, nameplates, computer
components, glass panels and hundreds of other precision
flat parts. High-performance features ensure superb-quality
reproduction, such as micro-registration with dial indicators,
accurate to .001” and a skewing device for smooth, accurate
printing with the heaviest ink deposits. There is also an
advanced ink recovery system for better ink mileage.

OPTION

automatically reduces the output power of the UV system to standby
mode when press production stops. Inteli-Guard then immediately
returns the dryer to full power when printing resumes. This feature
cuts energy costs and extends UV lamp life.

The Accu-Lift™ Automatic Gripper Takeoff
System is designed for all Accu-Print™ and High-Tech
printers as well as any press without a takeoff.
The automatic air-driven gripper system delivers
stock to the dryer conveyor more quickly, easily
and cost-efficiently than manual labor. It handles
substrates such as paper, plastics, masonite and
aluminum with ease. Other features include separate controls for pickup and delivery cycle speeds,
adjustable gripper bars and adjustable gap tension
for varying stock thickness. Additional gripper bar
assembly kits for retrofitting are also available.

The Accu-Lift™ Suction Cup Takeoff and
Accu-Lift™ Suction Cup Pick and Place System with
electric eye are ideal for very small, flexible or delicate
parts that conventional gripper-style takeoffs cannot
handle. They have all the movement and positioning
flexibility of our gripper-style takeoffs.
The Accu-Lift Suction Cup Takeoff easily retrofits
to any printing press without a takeoff. It comes
complete with an easy-to-adjust “in” and “out” speed
control and “pick up” and “drop off” positioning
control. It has two or more suction cups per unit.
Maximum travel sizes range from 12 to 150" (30.5
to 381 cm).
