The innovative ABF 540V bliss box former overcomes many
of the weaknesses associated with existing machinery.
The machine features an ergonomic body hopper that can
be loaded from ground level – a first in the industry. Also
standard is the servo powered mandrel which reduces
timing issues and the need for costly replacement parts.
Additional standard features include an Allen Bradley PLC
control system with HMI touch screen, a Nordson pressurized
hot melt glue system, programmable glue control, air actuated
platen compression, metric construction, casters and leveling
feet, and fully interlocked barrier guarding. Stainless steel frame
construction is standard with a washdown upgrade available,
which means the machine can be located just about anywhere.
