Castillomax Oil and Gas, is a Venezuelan company specializing in the oil and gas
sector. We develop off-shore engineering projects that span from adaptation
and modernization of oil maritime terminals to the automation of crude oil
loading and unloading processes, besides other activities in this sector.
Our work team includes a multi-disciplinary group of Venezuelan professionals,
highly trained and research-oriented in different areas of the hydrocarbons
industry.
Castillomax Oil and Gas, S.A. activities are based on the main international
standards, such as API, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, OCIMF, ISA, PIP, GPSA, NACE,
among others that guarantee our excellent engineering and construction
practices.

Onshore and subsea pipe laying
We are specialist in pipe laying service, we have a multidisciplinary
and highly-trained team that can execute large-scale projects.
Our service includes planning, execution and commissioning of
projects using conventional, S-Lay or Tow-In installation methods,
according to the needs and requirements of our clients.
Our activities include manufacturing and installation of risers,
horizontal pipe laying, sacrificial anode installation, non-destructive
tests, hydrostatic tests, spools manufacturing and development of
concrete coating, according to the application.

Our software for early support of maritime terminals allows to
obtain the low level design for a crude storage and dispatch terminal
by entering basic data in a simple and intuitive manner. The user

in real time, thus generating a total visualization in a realistic and
detailed scenario.
