After building prototypes and racing them for two
years, Odenthal Manufacturing Inc. began producing and
marketing our one piece motor mounts for the Yamaha
KT100. At this point we had been seriously involved in kart
racing for over 16 years and could see a need for high quality, precision fit, kart racing components. From the beginning, our customers have been relying on our products to
help them win many local, regional, and national championships. All of our products are designed using state of the
art CAD software and optimized for maximum performance
and reliability. We never compromise when it comes to the
quality and workmanship we design into all of our products.

MOTOR MOUNTS
Odenthal motor mounts are designed to exacting standards for proper
fit and performance. All of our motor mounts are CNC machined from
high-quality billet aluminum and anodized black. We have designed
our base plates to fit a range of chassis tubing diameters and spacing.
Mount clamps are now sold separately. They come in specific sizes to
fit individual karts exactly. See page 3 for ordering information.

FORMULA YAMAHA MOTOR MOUNTS
FYDD SERIES motor mounts have a dual bolt pattern. One that fits Yamaha
(70x96mm) and one that fits Parilla (80x128mm) and other motors with this bolt
pattern. This mount is specifically made for Formula Y applications but will also
work with any clutch style crankshaft. It utilizes a high speed bearing in the upright
to support the crankshaft on a special precision-ground driver (sold separately).

ICA/TAG DIRECT-DRIVE MOTOR MOUNTS
PR SERIES direct-drive motor mounts have a dual bolt pattern for Parilla
( 80x128mm) and Rotax (80x102mm) motors. PR mounts will also fit CRG, K71,
Comer, HPV, PCR, and many others. Ask your dealer about other applications.
NOTE: To mount motors with a factory vibration plate (Parilla Leopard, BM Jaguar,
and Iami Puma), please ask for OD-BLTPKP with the mount. This bolt pack has
longer hardware necessary for mounting these motors.

Odenthal motor mount clamps are sold separately to limit part numbers and confusion. To determine what size clamp a particular kart needs, please measure with a
caliper using this procedure: First, measure frame rail diameter, then measure total
distance outside to outside where the motor will go and subtract the rail diameter
from this number. (Example: 122—30=92mm center to center). Clamps are priced individually. Order two per motor mount.

Exac-Toe 2 is our new and improved racing kart alignment gauge. This precision unit is CNCmachined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, anodized black, and features laser engraved graphics
for improved durability. It also has a built-in level. Exac-Toe 2 can be used to accurately set

UNIVERSAL MOUNTING SYSTEM
Our Universal Mounting System can be configured to mount any number of items to any racing
kart. Exhaust pipes, air boxes, and add-on weight can be easily and properly attached using UMS
components. We offer kits for the most popular set-ups, and we also offer the components separately, allowing the customer to configure a system to fit their exact needs. Our UN20 clamp fits
16mm to 25mm tubes and our UNFR clamp fits 28mm to 32mm frame tubes . This covers most
