Available with luminous flux packages
from 1,500 to 14,000 lumens, these
modules provide the correct lighting

Panasonic’s E verTru chip on board
technology provides a crisp and evenly
illuminated light source that is hard to
match with discrete systems. With 50K
hour lumen maintenance of 80% or
higher, EVERLINE® modules are ideal
for applications demanding high lighting
quality, performance, and long life.

Superior Color Over Angle Performance
EverTruTM chip on board technology used on Everline modules provides
excellent color uniformity over angle. This virtually eliminates the yellow
hue commonly found on the perimeter of other modules in the market.
The semi-spherical phosphor coating dispensed over each diode
provides an even light distribution for clean, crisp illumination.

Two Types/ Countless Configurations
Without Housing
Everline LED modules without housings are as simple as they
come. Offering maximum flexibility, our standard Everline COB’s
allow for completely customized integration into fixtures leaving
all esthetic choices to the designer. These LED modules included
pre-attached connectors for easy wiring and modules ≤ 5,000lm
can also be purchased with mounting kits for quick assembly.
With Housing
For quick and simple integration into a variety of existing
and new fixtures, Everline modules are also available in
pre-assembled housing. With Zhaga compliant mounting
provisions and wiring terminals already integrated into the
module, this cost effective solutions offer simplicity and
easy of application in a rapidly growing LED market.

EVERLINE® Housing Assemblies for 2000-5000lm Modules
For direct mounting of EVERLINE® COB modules without housings, a two piece chip holder is available.
In addition to quickly and securely mounting the EVERLINE® module, it also includes integrated female
bayonet style connectors for mounting of additional accessories such as covers, lenses, or reflectors.

Board assembly requires only a 15º rotation
Simple three step installation makes LED replacement and retrofit quick and easy.
1) Fix metal holder to luminaire/heat-sink body
2) Place the Everline module into the holder adding a thermal interface material.
3) Apply the plastic cover and lock in place with a 15º rotation.

reflectors, lenses, covers, and
heat sinks that can be used to
create a complete system.
Heat Sinking
To optimize the performance of your LED system and ensure long life, proper heat-sinking is required. A variety of products
are available, both active (powered) and passive (not-powered), to meet the design needs and requirements of the LED
module and fixture.
Mounting Clip
Compatible with Everline modules from 2500-5000lm, the Tyco Lumawise LED holder
(P/N 2213194-1) allows for simple and easy attachment of any Zhaga compliant lens
or accessory. This simple to install mounting clip adds the bayonet style connectors
for simple installation of dozens of off-the-shelf lenses, reflectors, and covers.
