Message from the President
Dear automotive enthusiast,
On January 31, 2007, the company marked the 5 year anniversary of the inaugural launch
of our website wheelexperts.com, thus introducing some of the finest European automotive
accessories available at the time to a curious online public. Although the overall landscape of
our market has changed with the passing of time, the core values remain the same: to provide
the world’s finest wheels, aerodynamics, and accessories for the world’s finest vehicles, at a fair
and competitive price point, while offering the very best customer service available. Coming
from an enthusiast background allows us to see through the eyes of our customers, which is
perhaps our most valuable asset in the game of automotive customizing. The addition of the
wholesale trade and dealer services has certainly helped fuel the company’s rapid growth and
development. Throughout the 5 years the company has been in existence, we have seen
annual growth rates well above the industry average, a feat that would not have been possible
without you, our loyal customers. I thank you graciously for your continued support.
As we enter our 6th year of operations, we have renewed our partnerships with some of the
biggest names in the industry – names like Dazz Motorsport, Claus Ettensberger Corporation,
and HRE Performance Wheels – to bring to the table a full line of tuning solutions to suit you and
your customers’ needs. Our current collection is stronger than ever – from AC Schnitzer and
WALD tuning for BMW, Brabus and WALD tuning for Mercedes-Benz, TechArt and Rinspeed tuning
for Porsche, and multi-piece aluminum road wheels from Maya, Lowenhart, Modulare, HRE,
and Zone; the 2007 lineup leaves no stone unturned. This year also brings us our first printed line

Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are quoted FOB net Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX. All prices are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change
without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Texas residents are subject to state sales tax of 8.25%.
Payment
Wheel Experts accepts cash, certified check, money order, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
All orders must be paid in full before goods will be shipped. Special order items must be paid in full before the item will be
ordered. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
Shipping
All goods will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy
freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery available in most cases for an extra
charge upon customer’s request. COD is not accepted at this time.
All goods paid by credit card will be shipped to the billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Wheel Experts delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during
transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you
receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your
signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify Wheel Experts and the respective carrier immediately.
Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires,
painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Wheel
Experts before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable
under any circumstance.
Wheel Experts is able to export the majority of its products to overseas markets - please contact the sales department for
limitations and restrictions. All international orders must be fully prepaid via wire transfer only. We do not accept credit
cards for international orders.
Warranty
Wheel Experts guarantees that its products are of the highest quality. The majority of our products carry a manufacturer’s
warranty, which is passed onto the customer. Please ask for your sales associate for more info on your specific product.
Wheel Experts disclaims all liability caused by use of our products. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to
ensure that parts used on their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability
and risk associated with the use of our products. We are not responsible for any liability or losses which occur. All products
carry manufacturer’s warranty only.
Return Policy
Wheel Experts will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact your
salesperson or the customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unless the
return is due to an error on the company’s part, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges
incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are subject to a
25% restocking fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not returnable. Special
order items are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wheel Experts maintains a wholesale department to service the needs of automotive related
businesses all over the world. Our program requires no minimum order quantities or buy-ins while
offering the maximum trade discount possible. To set up an account, please contact the sales office
for more information. We offer free local delivery for accounts set up in the DFW Metroplex area.

and is open from 9AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday, Saturdays by appointment only, closed
