Tucked away near end of cul-de-sac, this cabin affords a special getaway offering
terrific view of creek wandering out to Cowlitz River, and with a glance up a view
of the mountain behind the trees. The unimproved lot provides a green buffer for

(retro) electric range and frig are in what owners call a “kitchen in progress”
ready for new owners to create their own dream kitchen. It is great space-ample

Appliances staying with the cabin include: washer, dryer, electric range,
refrigerator and woodstove. Only water damage was a pipe burst during winter
2013-owners were able to cleanup/repair with no residual damage. As a result, pex
pipe replaced plumbing. New roof and cedar deck were completed by Contractor
Bill Lowe. Owners recently did some interior painting, rescreened sliders, added
trim, cleaned windows, decks gutters, etc.
