Aromatherapy Collection (The Four Auras)
Aromatherapy is the systematic use of plant oils known as essential oils. It is a form of complementary
therapy and combined with massage, steam and other treatments it works to regulate the body's
natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself. The revitalising effects of massage
stimulate all of the organs in the body, plus the skin, muscles, nerves and glands. The increased
circulation of the blood and lymph flow assists with the clearing away of body toxins.
The Four Auras Aromatherapy Collection gives a preference to the client to select a combination of
essential oils to complement their treatment and to uplift there mood and wellbeing.

The Warming Stone
The above treatments can be combined with the warming massage stone. Warming massage stones
are shaped to easily work over the contours of the body and the heated sensation helps the stone to
glide over skin and provide extra tension relief.

healing of the mind, body and spirit.

Dry Exfoliating Body Scrub
Why not add a body scrub to your massage. Selected a scrub to match your chosen Arua. The scrub is
applied with upward stokes and wiped away with steamed cotton cloths.

Sea salt scrub with Olive Oil and Cape Jasmine

Chocolate Fantasy
Indulge your chocolate fantasy without all the calories.
Envelope into your chocolate heaven with a full body massage with whipped cocoa butter and chocolate

truffle, Ok! A few calories then, it is chocolate after all.

Asian Fusion
Far East meet South West to fuse and stimulate the senses. A massage ritual experiencing a heat and
pressure treatment that soothes muscle tension with a natural herbal compress and rosewood
massage tool. The body area is covered in coconut oil and the rosewood tool is use to massage the
areas requiring deep pressure. The compress is steamed and applied then to areas for a soothing and
revitalising pressure treatment. The compress is made from a mixture of spearmint, peppermint,
lemon balm, fennel and bay leaves which are soaked in clove, lemongrass, ginger and lime essential
oils.

Asian Head Massage
The massage starts with the therapist massaging and applying pressure to points to relax you into bliss.
This traditional Asia treatment involves warm oil poured from a mystic lamp onto the forehead and
through the scalp. It relaxes the emotions of the mind and eases stresses away. You will then be asked
to turn over and the head massage will continue either side of the neck, behind the ears, into the scalp
and temples. The scalp massager is then added and will send tingling sensations from scalp to toes
and transport you to a more relaxing place. Close your eyes and let the scalp massager ease away the
stress of your day. The smooth tips glide effortlessly across your scalp sending sensations through your

Cornish Foot Ritual
A flute of chilled herb and fruit infused water is served before enjoying a foot ritual consisting of a
Cornish sea salt scrub to the lower leg and pebble spa bath. A simple mini pedicure is done to tidy the
nails and feet. A citrus and olive oil leg and foot massage then follows. The oils are then wash away and
a shea butter lime mousse is applied to immerse the lower legs and make them feel like heaven.

Natural Ways Facials
Luxury Facial
Revive and refresh your face with a choice of mask to suit your skin type. Natural Way’s facemasks are
made with all natural ingredients. So natural you could eat them. Please order you mask at time of
booking as this is made fresh on arrival for your treatment.
Your facial starts with cleansing the face with a natural lemon and rose cleansing milk.
A refreshing salt, lime and warm water scrub is used to removed dead skins cells.
Cool cucumber slices with an iced cloth are placed on the eye lids to reduce puffiness whilst a facial spa
steam opens the pores to prepare for optional extractions.
A witch hazel or rose toner is used to tighten the pores.
A mini facial massage with rose oil is use to enhance firmness.
A natural fresh facial mask is applied before rinsing and patting dry.
Homemade vitamin E and tea tree moisturiser is applied to the face and neck with an aloe vera and
cucumber eye serum to the surround delicate tissue of the eye.

Facial Express
A cleanse and natural fresh mask is applied to the face before rinsing and patting dry. A homemade
vitamin E and tea tree moisturiser is applied to the face and neck with an eye serum to the surround
delicate tissue of the eye.

Natural Ways Guidelines
Natural Ways is the name of the products which are made fresh everyday within the studio. The
Driftwood Treatment Room is the area where facials, massages, hair masks, body scrubs and packages
take place. The neon nail bar is where all the nail work takes place. We are open 6 days a week. Hours
vary depending on treatments booked.
Make a day of it
You can book any treatment and upgrade your visit with use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam
room facilities for £4 it you are a non-resident of Newquay View Resort. Why not enjoy coffee and cake,
brunch or lunch in the bistro.
Spa preparation
It is recommended that no alcohol is consumed prior to your arrival and that you consume plenty of
water following any treatments. Please dress appropriately for The Driftwood Treatment Room. You
may dress in light clothing such a loose t-shirts and shorts. You may wear swimwear or underwear to
attend but please ensure you are covered with a dressing gown or beach cover up. Appropriate footwear
would be clean slippers or flip flops.
Spa etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy
and serenity. We ask that you turn off your mobile phone whilst in the Spa.
At the time of booking a 50% deposit/charge will be taken to secure your booking. As a courtesy to
other guests we ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be subject to 25% of the treatment
cost. If you give less than 12 hours’ notice you will lose the 50% deposit/charge.
Children
To maintain a haven of tranquility children under 16 are not allowed to use the facilities of the Natural
Ways
Special considerations
Prior to arrival if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations please advise the
therapists before your treatment. Health conditions, allergies and injuries should be discussed which
could affect your treatment when making your spa reservation. The spa experience could affect your
treatment and a doctor’s note may be required. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are or think you
could be pregnant as due to the technique’s used and strength of the products adaptions may need to
be made. Please note that only manicures, pedicures and facials are safe to have within the first
trimester, for all other suitable treatments you must be a minimum 12 weeks pregnant.

Gift vouchers, Beauty Gifts and Treatment Recipes are available. Please enquire if you fall in love with
any products that are used for any treatment. Gift vouchers, Beauty Gifts and Treatment Recipes are an
ideal present but are non-refundable.
