Online Bidding: This will be an Online Only Timed Auction with no live (In Person) bidding. Bidding available at www.amauctions.com. Bidding
on Lot #1 will close at 5 PM EST on 7/6/16. Lots #2-300 will have a staggered ending with one lot ending every 30 seconds. Auction will feature
a soft closing. If a person bids within 1 minute of the close of an item that items closing will be extended for an additional 1 minute. ONLINE

South of Dover, DE, 100 East of Washington, DC and 18 miles West of Ocean City, MD. At the intersection of Rt. 50 and the Rt. 13 Bypass merge
onto Rt. 50 East towards Ocean City and follow for 3.9 miles to the intersection of Rt. 50 & Forest Grove Rd. Turn North (left) onto Forest Grove
Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to Old Ocean City Rd. Right onto Old O. C. Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to Esham Rd. Left onto Esham Rd. and follow
for 1.2 miles to burgundy/tan building on left.

Pick Up Date: If items are not being shipped they must be picked up at the Allen & Marshall Auction Facility on Saturday July 9th from 9 AM-12
Noon. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper,
blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the Auction site. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be
disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
Shipping: Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC does not offer shipping. However, shipping is
available through the local UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD. Please contact Milt at 410-749-5070.

control over pick-up fees or shipping freight fees through the UPS Store.
