Get Connected...With Free Online Banking & Bill Pay.
Access to your accounts has never been simpler! NetTeller banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can
access all of your Mountain West accounts.
View transactions between defined dates, transfer between accounts on a one-time basis, or set up recurring funds transfers,
including loan payments. View checks as they clear your account, too! Print statements, download into financial or spreadsheet
software for better management of your cash. For a small fee, you can download to Quicken and MS Money. Ask us for details.
Transfers scheduled for a day that falls on a weekend or holiday will take place the last business day before the weekend or
holiday.
It’s As Easy As A Click Of The Mouse.
To get started, you’ll need access to a computer and an Internet service provider. Then, complete the simple application (also
available online at mountainwestbank.com), sign and either mail it to us at P. O. Box 1059, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83816, fax it to us
at (208) 292-0599, or drop it by any of our branches. You will be provided with a unique NetTeller identification number. The first
time you log in, you will be prompted for your identification number and your PIN. Your PIN will be the last four digits of the primary
account holder’s social security or tax identification number. You will then be prompted to change it to a PIN only you will know.
It’s Safe, Secure, And Reliable.
Not only is Internet banking one of the most convenient ways to access your accounts, it also stringently adheres to industry
standards regarding security. We employ state-of-the-art technology to keep your information secure. All sensitive information is
encrypted and access requires a password that only you know. If you accidently forget to log off the system, NetTeller logs you off
after just a few minutes. These are just a few of the security systems in place.
It’s User Friendly.
You have the flexibility of giving your accounts names that have meaning to you instead of trying to remember what number goes
with which account.
What Happens If I Forget My PIN?
You are allowed three PIN attempts, and on the third attempt, if invalid, the system will lock you out for 24 hours. After the 24 hour
period you may attempt to log in again. If you lose or forget your identification number or your PIN, Customer Service can help you
during regular business hours. Call (208) 765-0284 (Coeur d’Alene residents) or 1 (800) 641-5401 for assistance.
Pay Your Bills Online.
With Mountain West Bank’s online Bill Pay, consumers can pay their bills free. You can pay anyone in the United States, from your
next door neighbor, to the utility company, the bank, or someone across the country (with the exception of government entities).
The money will be withdrawn from your account on the date you have set if the payment is electronic. If the payment is by check,
the money will be withdrawn when the check clears your account.
You may add or delete payments scheduled Sunday through Friday up until midnight of the day before the scheduled payment.
Payments are processed twice daily, 10:00 a.m. PST and 12:00 a.m. PST.
If the scheduled payment falls on a weekend, your payment will be processed on Friday evening. Holiday processing is done the
following day after the holiday. Check payments should be scheduled ten business days in advance to ensure proper posting.
Electronic payments should be scheduled two to three business days in advance of when you want the payment to be posted at
the payee. Payment history is stored from the time you start using Bill Pay forward.
The minimum amount you can make a payment for is a penny. You may schedule payments ninety days in advance of the first due
date. Recurring payments can have an end date of any date in the future. You may make multiple payments to the same payee as
long as the payment amounts are different. For your protection, the system will not pay duplicate items in the same day.
For more information, please contact a Mountain West Bank representative.
