TYPICAL
The Committees organizers of festivals and fairs are
committed to:
In terms of environmental protection:
a) replace the plastic products (plates, cutlery and
glasses) with material recycled paper ecocompatible;
b) make separate collection of waste generated
during the feast or festival;
c) use mineral water from sources that reduce the
impact of transport, favouring the use of glass
containers to make rather than plastic.
In terms of cultural identity of territory:
a) the preparation and administration during the
festival menu with dishes of territory that have
leloro origins in peasant culture, with the products
of local agriculture, including wine and oil, fisheries
on Lake Trasimeno, farming and processing;
b) the second cooking methods of cooking
originating, in particular for cooking fish of Lake;
c) the first traditional dishes must include the use of
pulp worked hand in hand or produced locally.
In terms of safeguarding and promoting the local
economy:
a) make the approvigionamenti of its raw materials
from local suppliers, indicating on the menu to the
public the name of the supplier, provenance and
traceability of foodstuffs
