Minimum Order
• A minimum order quantity of 60 pieces per
style is required unless otherwise noted.
• Orders under the minimum are subject to a $30
set-up fee.
Pricing
All pricing includes custom engraving. Quantity
price breaks as listed. No additional set-up fees.
Time
Production Lead Time: 10 business days after
artwork is approved. Courier Time: 3 to 5 days

If you need a faster delivery requirement, please
contact our customer service department at
800-454-7448. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Freight
All shipments are FOB Greer, SC. Free freight
allowed on orders of $300 or more within the
Continental US.
Returns
Customized work and items that have been
approved for production cannot be changed,
cancelled or refunded. Sarge Knives warranties
against defects due to workmanship of materials. This does not cover damage due to normal
wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered
normal wear), or attempted repair.
Payment Options
• Credit card required for first time orders under
$1000. We accept Visa, Mastercard and
American Express.
• Open account terms available for orders over
$1000 with approved credit application.
• Open account payment terms Net 30 days.
Artwork
Please send all Custom Engraving Logos to
[email protected]. Formats must be in jpeg
format at 300dpi for best quality. If you do not
have this file format, please send a high resolution file in eps, psd, or pdf. Engraving can only be
done on knife handles unless otherwise noted.
