runbyConjour-hostedatconservationjournal.world–andbeginson4September2016.
2. ThecompetitionisopentoallpersonsexceptcloserelativesofthoseinvolvedwithConjour,andanyone
otherwiseconnectedwiththeorganisation
3. Thereisnoentryfeeandnopurchasenecessarytoenterthiscompetition.
4. Byenteringthiscompetition,anentrantisindicatinghis/heragreementtobeboundbythesetermsand
conditions.

6. Closingdateforentrywillbe15October2016.Afterthisdate,nofurtherentriestothecompetitionwillbe
permitted.
7. Noresponsibilitycanbeacceptedforentriesnotreceivedforwhateverreason.
8. Therulesofthecompetitionandhowtoenterareasfollows:
Toenterthiscompetition,simplysubscribetoreceiveConjouremailbulletinsbyfillingintheformatthe
bottomofthewebsite.Thewinnerwillbeselectedatrandomandnotifiedbyemail.
9. Thepromoterreservestherighttocanceloramendthecompetitionandthesetermsandconditionswithout
noticeintheactuationofaneventoutsideofthepromoter’scontrol.Anychangestothecompetitionwillbe
notifiedtoentrantsassoonaspossiblebythepromoter.
10.Thepromoterisnotresponsibleforinaccurateprizedetailssuppliedtoanyentrantbyanythirdparty
connectedwiththiscompetition.
11.Theprizeisasfollows:ONEcopyofBjornOlesen's'AVisualCelebrationofBorneo'sWildlife',ofwhichprofits
areforwardedtoFauna&FloraInternational.Theprizeisasstatedandnocashorotheralternativeswillbe
offered.Theprizeisnottransferable.Prizesaresubjecttoavailabilityandwereservetherighttosubstitute
anyprizewithanotherofequivalentvaluewithoutgivingnotice.
12.Thewinnerwillbenotifiedbyemailwithinsevendaysoftheclosingdate.Ifthewinnercannotbecontacted
ordonotclaimtheprizewithinsevendaysofnotification,wereservetherighttowithdrawtheprizefrom
thewinnerandpickareplacementwinner.
13.Thepromoter’sdecisioninrespectofallmatterstodowiththecompetitionwillbefinalandno
correspondencewillbeenteredinto.
14.Byenteringthiscompetition,anentrantisindicatinghis/heragreementtobeboundbythesetermsand
conditions.
15.ThecompetitionandthesetermsandconditionswillbegovernedbyAustralianlawandanydisputeswillbe
subjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsofAustralia.
16.Thewinneragreestotheuseoftheirnameandimageinanypublicitymaterial,aswellastheirentry.Any
personaldatarelatingtothewinneroranyotherentrantswillbeusedsolelyinaccordancewithcurrent
Australiandataprotectionlegislationandwillnotbedisclosedtoathirdpartywithouttheentrant’sprior
consent.
17.Entryintothecompetitionwillbedeemedasacceptanceofthesetermsandconditions.
