and shows events, international touring and also marine and
transportation, motion control, general engineering industries,
everywhere the soundness, reliability and safety of the product
are considered highly obliged.
PowerBox factory can offer a vast range of electrical systems,
control panels, adapters & splitters and extension cables apt to
power distribution designed and built to satisfy the needs of the
customer in accordance with the safety regulations.
We are proud to number amongst our customers many World
class “Names” and equally important smaller companies and with
30 plus years engineering experience together with our extensive
product offering, we are able to provide solutions to virtually
unlimited applications throughout industry.
With a move to our new distribution facility, the company has
now embarked on an ambitious plan to further broaden our
product range, including innovative customized sub-assembly of
component rails for our customers, utilizing PBox components to
provide excellent cost savings and certified product dependability.
PowerBox places great emphasis on Quality Control and Test
Traceability, with components going through our several standard
tests throughout production and final quality control processes,
providing test traceability throughout the entire manufacturing
cycle. PowerBox products meet the RoHS requirements.

PANELS
Made in black extruded PVC (thickness 10mm), B1 classification (Flame Retardant Test mark PA-III 2.732 DIN 4102 part 1), resistant
to mechanical stress (action of inserting and removing of connectors), stable to temperatures changes and with high characteristics in
terms of dielectric strength (39 Kv/mm).
• Watertight polycarbonate covers with stainless steel springs and clamping knobs to give protection IP66 over components.
• Neon lamps for tension presence over each plug or connector (to show the correct working).
• Identification of components using white writings on black labels.
• Plugs and sockets connectors are fitted using carriage bolts and lock nuts (to avoid violations).
• Crimp connections with insulating wire ring terminals or pipe terminals in polyamide PA6.
• Internal wiring by using flame retardant PVC cables, according to IEC 332.3A regulations.
• All cables are carefully routed and tied to prevent mechanical strain on any component.
• Conformity to EN 60439-1 standard regulations, applies in all countries of the European Union.

The technical file (available upon request) includes: CEE conformity declaration (EN 60439-1), inspection report, mechanical scheme,
electrical connection scheme, warnings and instructions for use.
