These stages are thin but ensure long travel.
These thin motorized stages can minimize the stage height even when used in combination.
Application
Systems
◦Four linear guide blocks are located at optimal
positions to improve positional repeatability.
◦To place importance on price, KLSA which has an
aluminum body is recommended. To place importance on rigidity, KLSS which has a steel body is
recommended.
