After absorption of the company Wilhelm Nass, factory for solenoids, by the Hofmann + Kirchheim GmbH und Co

on 1 January 1978 its name was changed to Nass Magnet GmbH, later to nass magnet GmbH. nass magnet GmbH
is located in Hannover, like the Holding als parent company. From here the IT- and logistics management, various
tasks in the development and production as well as the marketing of the whole group of companies are controlled.
The production of nass magnet GmbH comprises assembly, turning center, injection moulding (falling parts),
toolshop and prototyping. The development comprises solenoid valves, solenoids as well as diverse special
applications. The company employs about 230 persons.

1996 marks the year of the founding of Precision Controls Kft., which operates under the name
nass magnet Hungária Kft. since 2011. It has approximately 250 employees.
The production tasks of nass magnet Hungária include coil winding, injection moulding (moulding),
production of electronics, connectors as well as diverse special projects. The development comprises
electronics and connectors. Also the responsibility for the B2B-webshop is in Hungary.

account of the advancing miniaturization of standardized electromagnetic
