WHAT IS A
TruStile Doors are not your ordinary wood doors. In fact, even though
they're made from wood products, they're not really wood doors at all.
TruStile Doors are interior and exterior MDF doors. And MDF (Medium
Density Fiberboard) doors are far superior to regular wood doors.

Now before you go thinking that MDF sounds like some weird thing that
you're not too sure about, remember how strange Gore-Tex or Graphite
once sounded? And remember how much better they were than their
predecessors? Well, that's how MDF doors are to wood doors. MDF is the
next thing. And it's better. MDF is a lot more stable than wood. It doesn't
shrink and expand or warp like wood does. MDF is stronger and more
durable than wood. And MDF provides you with a smoother surface,
making it much better than wood for painting. MDF doors even cost less
than wood. And if you're still not sure about MDF doors, consider that
they're environmentally friendly - no trees are harvested to make them.
MDF is made from by-products of the wood industry.

True Stile & Rail Construction
All of TruStile's interior and exterior doors are created
with true stile and rail construction - not routed or stamped
panels. This gives our doors more depth, creating distinct
lines and shadows, making TruStile doors look better than
other doors.
With TruStile MDF doors, you have over 300 different
styles to choose from. But don't worry, if you can’t find
the exact door you are looking for, we welcome custom
designs. Simply send us your sketch and we will design
your door.

TM
At TruStile we offer the only MDF door with the Wedge
Edge, our hardwood edge system that increases rigidity
and screw holding power, and makes chiseling easier for
square corner hardware. By inserting this hardwood edge
into every stile we make, handling and installation is

When it comes to custom sizes, no other door can match
a TruStile door. We can make just about any size and
design you can think of. You are not limited to
“standard sizes,” because any size is standard at TruStile.
With our unique manufacturing process, we build each
door, one at a time, to your specifications. In other words, we
don’t cut down a “standard” door to make it a custom
size, we build your door parametrically, to your exact
measurements. That’s why odd sizes aren’t a problem.
And with a TruStile door, you won’t pay any more for a
door that has been created to your unique size.
You could say our doors are custom but our prices are
standard. And, because of our technologically advanced
system, we have the shortest lead time in the industry.

Our exterior doors are manufactured a little differently than our interior doors. We
have added engineered wood stiles and our exclusive TruBOLT system to our
standard stile & rail construction to bring you this superior exterior product. We
are here to help you create that special opening, inside and out. All of our
design styles are available as interior or exterior grade doors and are guaranteed
with our lifetime warranty.

Wood Doors
We now offer wood doors in most domestic species to
match our MDF door styles and profiles. As always, we
welcome custom designs.
Fire Doors
We offer 20 minute, negative and positive (UBC-7) pressure
Fire Doors, in all of the TS and VG Series doors. The fire rating
is not available with OG sticking with a "C" Panel. Fire Doors are
also not available in our FL and Tambour Series or in doors over
4'0 wide and or over 8’0 tall. In addition, Fire Doors are not
available with Arch Tops or Radius Tops.
