The year is 1717 and there’s much to celebrate as
French fur traders, Native Americans and British
soldiers gather at Fort Ouiatenon along the
banks of the Wabash River for a bountiful harvest
festival.
Step back in time and experience acres
of activities, many inviting your hands-on
involvement. Create your own candles and crafts.
Savor the chops, chicken and corn roasting. Taste
the stews and cider bubbling
and brewing over open fires.
Engage in some lively trading
for goods. And indulge
yourself with music, dancing,
storytelling and competitions
of the day.
It’s lively, brimming with family fun and rich with
experiences new and old.
