MATT McGEE Matt started his rodeo career at the age of 5 years old. He grew up in a rodeo family his mom, dad, and sister all competed. Matt qualified for the National high school finals all 4 years and the college national finals 3 times. He then qualified for the IFR 5 times in the tie down roping and 5 times to the PRCA great lakes circuit finals and 2 times to the DNCFR. Then 3 years ago he traded his ropes for a microphone and the rest is history. As a special treat to Benson Mule Days, he will be announcing the rodeo from a mule! JESSICA BLAIR DUSTY CRAIN AND JUSTIN DICKERSON Jessica Blair, born and raised on a horse and beef cattle farm in East Tennessee, was never a little girl who anyone would consider timid, or be afraid to rise to a challenge. While as a child Blair was already fearless on the back of a horse, and even though she was also a cheerleader and dancer, horses were always her main focus. When she first saw trick and roman riding while barrel racing at a local rodeo, she knew that was exactly what she was going to do! After graduation Blair began performing on her own in local rodeos while once again going back to college at the University of South Carolina. Blair has been traveling across America performing in front of thousands a night with her team of grey Quarter Horses Moose and Goose. MIKE WENTWORTH Welcome to the world of rodeo clown entertainer Mike Wentworth. Formerly from Louisville, Kentucky, Mike now makes his home in Ridge Spring, South Carolina. Mike started his rodeo career at a young age of fifteen in a practice pen at a friend’s house riding bulls. It was a short career riding bulls after he began to clown on the side where he learned that he enjoyed entertaining more than he did competing. When it’s time for the Bull Riding you never know what kind of character he might be when he pops out of his barrel. No matter what Mike does during the rodeo it is sure to be action packed, energizing, clean family entertainment that will keep you laughing and on the edge of your seat all night long!
