cheese, 1.3 oz mozzarella cheese and
another waffle.
2. Place in shallow baking pan lightly
coated with cooking spray. Bake,
uncovered, at 350°F for 4 to 6 minutes
or until cheese melts.

Directions
1. In a bowl, mash together avocado and crumbled feta. Set aside.
2. Lightly coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Break
egg and slip into pan. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, for 5 to 6
minutes or until egg white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken, but is not hard.
Slide turner under egg and turn it over. Cook second side to desired doneness. Season
with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare Kellogg’s® Eggo® Nutri-Grain® Whole Wheat Waffle according to package
directions.
Assemble
Spread 2 ½ oz avocado mixture on waffle. Top with egg. Serve immediately.
