Crimson Peak
The Official Movie Novelization
Beauty & The Beast
A new series of original novels based on the hit CW
series starring Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan
Crimson Peak is the hotly anticipated forthcoming movie from director Guillermo del Toro, produced by Legendary
Pictures and distributed by Universal, scheduled for release in October 2015. It is reminiscent of the early Spanishlanguage horror films that made his name.
A character-driven horror movie, with tinges of gothic romance, Crimson Peak is set in the nineteenth century in a
crumbling mountain in Cumbria, a largely rural and mountainous region of northern England, when young author
Edith Cushing discovers that her charming new husband, Sir Thomas Sharpe is not who he appears to be…
The film stars Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston, Charlie Hunnam, and Jim Beaver.
A modern-day romantic love story with a supernatural twist, Beauty & The Beast appeals to fans of shows
such as The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf and Grimm.

NANCY HOLDER is a New York Times best-selling author and four-time winner of the Bram Stoker
Award. She has written dozens of novels, short stories and essays, including several Buffy the Vampire
Slayer and Angel tie-in novels, and has co-authored the first two Buffy Watcher’s Guides.
Set on the world of Azeroth, the film portrays the origin story of the initial encounters between the humans and
the orcs, with an emphasis upon both the Alliance’s and Horde’s sides of their conflict. Featuring characters such as
Durotan and Lothar, the film will take place in a variety of locations established in the video game series.
Titan is delighted to be publishing two official tie-in books to accompany this film. Warcraft the novelization and
prequel will appeal not only to all the many millions of fans of the World of Warcraft dark fantasy games series, but

The Warcraft franchise is made up of five core games: Warcraft: Orcs & Humans, Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness,
Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, World of Warcraft, and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. The fourth and best-selling title
of the franchise is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), where players control their own
character and interact with each other in a virtual world. With almost seven million subscribers, World of Warcraft
is currently the world’s most-subscribed MMORPG, and holds the Guinness World Record for the most popular
MMORPG by subscribers. Having grossed over 10 billion dollars, it is also the highest-grossing video game of all
time. In January 2014 it was announced that more than 100 million accounts had been created over the game’s
lifetime.
All games in the series have been set in and around the world of Azeroth, a high fantasy setting. Initially, the start
of the series focused on the human nations which make up the Eastern Kingdoms, and the Orcish Horde which
arrived in Azeroth via a dark portal, beginning the great wars. The Orcs arrived from another world, referred to as
Draenor or Outland, a world which will be shattered into pieces by demonic magics during the events of Warcraft
II. Later on in the series the world of Azeroth was expanded, revealing the new continents of Kalimdor, Northrend
and Pandaria, allowing the introduction of the Night Elves, Tauren and other major races into the universe. The
world of Azeroth also contains the traditional fantasy setting races of elves, dwarves, gnomes, orcs, and trolls.

If Ecko can win though, then he might just learn to care – or break the program and get home.

betrayed and abandoned by his own forces, Rhan takes the ultimate gamble – he will abandon Fhaveon to lure the
Kas into a final confrontation.
But the world’s memory is returning. And, as the battle rages round him, Ecko begins to realise that everything they
have done has been for a purpose. If they can fit the pieces together, then they might just win the war. Yet, even if

Moriarty: The Hound of the D’Urbervilles
A hugely enjoyable and fiercely clever romp from award-winning novelist
Kim Newman, author of Anno Dracula
Blending crime, horror, steampunk and dark urban fantasy, Obsidian Heart is a huge, phantasmagorical
jigsaw puzzle of a story told in three very distinct parts, each with its own unique atmosphere. Full of twists
and turns, it is a Weaveworld for the twenty-first century – brash, audacious and packed with surreal and
outrageous imagery. The Obsidian Heart trilogy is a dark supernatural time-travel thriller which readers will
find impossible to resist.
Imagine the twisted evil twins of Holmes and Watson and you have the dangerous duo of Professor James
Moriarty – wily, snake-like, fiercely intelligent, unpredictable – and Colonel Sebastian ‘Basher’ Moran – violent,
politically incorrect, debauched. Together they run London crime, owning police and criminals alike, and unravel
mysteries, all for their own gain.
‘It’s witty, often hilarious stuff. The author portrays the scurrilous flipside of Holmes’s civil ordered world, pokes fun
at “guest stars” from contemporary novels and ventures into more outré territory than Conan Doyle even dared.’

Mike Hammer an unlikely job: security detail for a Hollywood producer having a party to honor his fiancée, a New York

Were both master and servant murdered? Captain Pat Chambers thinks so. But to prove it Hammer must travel to

MICKEY SPILLANE
Frank Morrison Spillane (March 9, 1918–July 17, 2006), better known as Mickey Spillane, was an American author

fiction titles in the U.S.
Spillane joined the Air Force the day after the attack on Pearl Harbor. After he married in 1945 Spillane decided
to boost his bank account by writing a novel. In 19 days he wrote I, the Jury. With the combined total of the 1947
hardcover and the Signet paperback (December 1948), I, the Jury sold six and a half million copies in the United
States alone. I, the Jury introduced Spillane’s most famous character, hardboiled detective Mike Hammer. Although
tame by current standards, his novels featured more sex than competing titles, and the violence was more overt
than the usual detective story.

The Thinking Engine
March 1895. Hilary Term at Oxford. In the newly-built extension to the University Galleries, Professor Quantock
has put the finishing touches to a wondrous computational device which, he claims, is capable of analytical thought
to rival that of the cleverest men alive. Sherlock Holmes cannot ignore this challenge. He and Watson travel
to Oxford, where a battle of wits ensues between the great detective and his mechanical counterpart as they
compete to see which of them can be first to solve a series of crimes. As man and machine vie for supremacy, it
becomes clear that the Thinking Engine has its own agenda. Holmes’s and Watson’s lives are on the line as a ghost
from the past catches up with them…
