Who are we? • A Strategic Partnership Board (SPB) has been created, charged with driving and coordinating the regeneration made up of: – Scottish Executive – Scottish Enterprise – Glasgow City Council – Renfrewshire Council – West Dunbartonshire Council – Communities Scotland • And an Executive Team (Clyde Waterfront) established to support the work of the SPB. BT have outline planning for southern part of next block with view to future sale of part of their site. Again hundreds of apartments. A mixture of accommodation ranging from family housing to first time buyer flats should be provided and gentrification of Laurieston is to be limited by providing a mix of socially rented and owner occupied accommodation.
