INTRODUCTION OF CLAMPING UNIT, MODEL LL MCLU 30-SV150
Easy and fast operated mobile valves hydraulic clamping unit for Safety valves and also for all other Industrial valves.
Light constructed hydraulic 3-claw 30 TONS clamping device for clamping flanged and threaded Safety / Industrial valves
in the range from DN 15 - 150 (1/2” – 6”).
The valve can be clamped within seconds at a maximum clamping force of 300 KN - 30 tons.

The values mentioned in the above table are only valid by use of the standard supplied O-Ring sealing plates.
For testing valves without flange (threaded ends) special Adapter pieces are quoted.
In the case of using the clamping unit for more than 200 bar, the following parts shall be replaced:
 threaded ends (PN 200) for threaded valves connection (see picture 2)
 hydraulic pipe (PN200) (see picture 3)
 pneumatic flexible pipe connector
O-RING SEALING PLATES
Special steel O-ring sealing plates for optimal sealing between the Raised-faces of the valve flange (test object) and the
clamping table are supplied.
For working with the O-Ring Sealing plate it is Important to choose the correct Plate and O-Ring size according to the
valve size:

The clamping table is directly mounted on a hydraulic cylinder.
For clamping the valve flange, the table plate with the valve is
pushed with the hydraulic cylinder against the clamping claws.
For clamping a valve you can slide the three / four clamping
claws to valve.
For body testing the valve outlet flange shall be closed with a
blind flange.
