PRODUCT SUMMARY
Air Conditioning Products Company (ACP) offers a wide variety of products for Air
Moving Equipment. In choosing ACP you can expect world class service, quality
products, competitive prices, short lead times and an extensive offering of products.
Backdraft Dampers, Wall Shutters, and Ceiling Shutters can be used in most
exhaust or supply (intake) applications. Units are designed to allow airflow in one
direction and to prevent reverse airflow and provide protection from environmental
elements when airflow stops. Blades open with airflow and close by gravity when air
flow stops. Designs include horizontal or vertical mount for commercial, industrial,
and residential applications.
Agricultural Shutters can be used in most applications where corrosion is a known
problem in poultry or swine confinement operations. Blades open with airflow and
close by gravity when airflow stops.
Motorized Volume Control Dampers can be used for most intake and exhaust
applications. The dampers can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical position
and come standard with a factory installed motor.
Fixed Blade Wall Louvers can be used for most intake or exhaust applications.
Designs available include Drainable Blade, Non-Drainable (K-style) Blade, FixedHeight Adjustable-Width, and Combination Fixed and Adjustable Blade within one
frame.

BACKDRAFT DAMPERS
Backdraft Dampers
Models 411 and 611 are a non-flanged horizontal mount
exhaust backdraft damper. The frame is galvanized
steel with aluminum blades. The blades have a felt
seal on the leading edge for quiet closing and better
protection from the weather. Spring assisted to allow
blades to open quickly. Ideal for use in roof curbs, duct
work, or wall collars when using a fan or power roof
ventilator. Recommended for horizontal mount exhaust
applications but it is also available for vertical mount.
Sizes available – 8” W x 8” H to 48” W x 60” H.
Model 411/611
Multiple panels for sizes over 48” x 60”.
Maximum free area velocity – 2000 FPM.
Options:

Supply (Intake) Wall Shutter
The Model CWV is a rear flanged gravity supply (intake) wall
shutter. The frame and blades are mill finish aluminum with a
galvanized reinforcement strip on each blade for added strength
and counter balancing efficiency. The blades have a felt seal
on the leading edge for quiet closing and better protection
from the weather. Ideal for use with belt-driven centrifugal wall
ventilators. Recommended for vertical mount supply (intake)
only. The blades will pivot at the bottom and fall with gravity to
open. Spring-assist to close.
Sizes available – 8” W x 8” H to 50” W x 50” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 2250 FPM.

Model CWV
WALL SHUTTERS
Low Velocity Wall Shutter
The Model 502 is a rear flanged low velocity gravity
exhaust shutter. The frame is galvanized steel with mill
finish aluminum blades. The blades have a felt seal on the
leading edge for quiet closing and better protection from
the weather. Ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven
exhaust fans. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust
applications only.
Sizes available – 8” W x 8” H to 24” W x 24” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 2000 FPM.
Model 502

Galvanized Frame Wall Shutter
The Model 556 is a rear flanged general purpose exhaust
shutter. The frame is galvanized steel with mill finish aluminum
blades. The blades have a galvanized reinforcement strip
across the top of each blade for added strength and counter
balancing efficiency. The blades have a felt seal on the leading
edge for quiet closing and better protection from the weather.
Ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans.
Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only.
Sizes available – 10” W x 10” H to 60” W x 60” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 2500 FPM.

counter balancing efficiency. The blades have a felt seal on the
leading edge for quiet closing and better protection from the
weather. Ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust
fans. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications
only.

Aluminum Wall Shutter (Front Flanged)
The Model EASR is a front flanged exhaust shutter for areas
where corrosion may be a problem. The frame and blades
are mill finish aluminum. The blades have a galvanized
reinforcement strip across the top of each blade for added
strength and counter balancing efficiency. The blades have
a felt seal on the leading edge for quiet closing and better
protection from the weather. Ideal for use with cabinet fans
and flush mount direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans.
Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only.

High Velocity Wall Shutter
The Model EAS-HDGS is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for
applications that require higher velocities. The frame and blades
are mill finish extruded aluminum with stainless steel tie rods. Ideal
for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans. Recommended
for vertical mount exhaust applications only.
Sizes available – 12” W x 12” H to 48” W x 48” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 3250 FPM.

Fiberglass Wall Shutter
The Model FGS is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for areas
where corrosion is a known problem. The frame and blades
are a heavy duty fiberglass pultrusion with stainless steel
tie rods. Ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust
fans in chemical plants and poultry/swine confinement
operations. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust
applications only.
Sizes available - 10” W x 10” H to 60” W x 60” H.

Model FGS
Stainless Steel Wall Shutter
The Model 304SS is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for areas
that require extreme corrosion resistance. The frame and
blades are 304 stainless steel with stainless steel tie rods and
hardware. Ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust
fans in chemical plants and food processing operations.
Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only.
Sizes available – 10” W x 10” H to 36” W x 36” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 2500 FPM.
Model 304SS
CEILING SHUTTERS
Economy Ceiling Shutters
The Model 410 is a low velocity exhaust ceiling shutter. The
flanged frame and blades are aluminum with a Polar White
finish. The blades have a felt seal on the leading edge for
quiet closing. The shutter utilizes tie rods on both ends of
the blades for uniform opening when the fan is operating.
Ideal for use with whole house fans. Recommended for
horizontal mount exhaust in residential ceilings.
Sizes available – 16” W x 16” H to 38” W x 38” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 1500 FPM.
Model 410

Premium Ceiling Shutter
The Model 610 is our premium exhaust ceiling shutter. The flanged frame and blades are aluminum
with a Polar White finish. The blades have a galvanized reinforcement strip across the top of each blade
for added strength and counter balancing efficiency. The blades have a felt seal on the leading edge
for quiet closing. The shutter utilizes tie rods on both ends of the blades for uniform opening when the
fan is operating. Ideal for use with whole house fans. Recommended for horizontal mount exhaust in
residential ceilings.
Sizes available – 16” W x 16” H to 50” W x 50” H.
Maximum free area velocity – 2250 FPM.

Model 610
Ceiling Truss Shutter
Model CTRF
The Model CTRF is an exhaust ceiling shutter that installs
without framing or cutting the ceiling joist. The flanged frame
and blades are aluminum with a Polar White finish. The blades
have a felt seal on the leading edge for quiet closing. The
shutter utilizes tie rods on both ends of the blades for uniform
opening when the fan is operating. Ideal for use with whole
house fans. Recommended for horizontal mount exhaust in
residential ceilings.
Maximum free area velocity – 1500 FPM.
AGRICULTURAL SHUTTERS
Aluminum Frame / Aluminum Blades
The Model EAS-AGR is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for areas where corrosion is a known problem.
The frame is mill finish extruded aluminum with mill finish aluminum blades. The blades have an
aluminum reinforcement strip across the top of each blade for added strength and counter balancing
efficiency. The blades have a rubber seal on the leading edge for better protection from the weather.
Ideal for direct-drive or belt-driven cone or slant-wall exhaust fans in poultry or swine confinement
operations. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only. Blades are available with a
Polar White Finish.
Aluminum Frame / PVC Blades
The Model EAS-PVC is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for areas where corrosion is a known problem.
The frame is painted extruded aluminum with UV stabilized PVC blades with yellow zinc dichromate
rods running the full length of the blades. Ideal for direct-drive or belt-driven cone or slant-wall exhaust
fans in poultry or swine confinement operations. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications
only. Available in either Black or White.
Galvanized Frame / PVC Blades
The Model 556-PVC is a rear flanged exhaust shutter for areas where corrosion is a known problem.
The frame is galvanized steel with UV stabilized PVC blades with stainless steel tie rods and fasteners.
Ideal for direct-drive or belt-driven cone or slant-wall exhaust fans in poultry or swine confinement
operations. Recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only. Blades are available in either
Black or White.
• Sizes available (All Models) – 36”, 39”, 48”, 51”, 54” square.
• Custom sizes available upon request.
MOTORIZED DAMPERS
Flanged Frame Motorized Dampers
Models AMD and GMD are heavy duty motorized volume control
dampers. The 1-1/2” flanged frame has welded corners for added
strength. The 6” wide blades are center-pivoted for a full 90°
rotation with parallel blade action. The stainless steel jamb seals
help in keeping out light, air, and moisture. The dampers can be
used for exhaust or supply applications and can be mounted in
either a vertical or horizontal position; typically walls or curbs.
Available in Extruded Aluminum (AMD) or Galvanized Steel
(GMD) and comes standard with an internally mounted factory
installed 120/240 volt power open / spring close motor (an end
switch is standard on units 25” and above).
Single Panel Sizes – 12”W x 12”H to 49”W x 49”H.
Double Panel Sizes – 50”W x 50”H to 72”W x 72”H.

Hat Channel Motorized Dampers
The Model ACD is an Extruded Aluminum motorized volume
control damper. The hat channel frame is 5” wide with 7” wide
center-pivoted blades for a full 90° rotation with parallel blade
action. The TPV blade and stainless steel jamb seals help
in keeping out light, air, and moisture. The dampers can be
used for exhaust or supply applications and can be mounted
in a vertical or horizontal position; typically walls, curbs, or
ductwork. Available in Extruded Aluminum (ACD) and comes
standard with an internally mounted factory installed 100-240
volt power open / spring close motor with an end switch.

FIXED BLADE WALL LOUVERS
Fixed Louvers
Models AFL and GFL modular louvers provide good protection
from rain and weather at an economical price. The channel frame
is 4” deep with K-style non-drainable 45 degree blades. Available
in Aluminum (AFL) or Galvaneal (GFL) and comes standard with
a birdscreen on the back.

Fixed-Height Adjustable-Width Louvers
Models AAFL and GAFL are a unique design that provides
good protection from rain and weather but also gives you
the flexibility to adjust the louver width during installation.
The height remains fixed while the width can be adjusted to
your opening size. The frame is 4” deep with 2” flanges and
utilizes J-style non-drainable 45 degree blades. Available in
Aluminum (AAFL) or Galvanized Steel (GAFL) and comes
standard with a birdscreen.
Single Panel Sizes - 12”W x 14”H to 48”W x 48”H.
• Water Penetration - .01 oz/sq ft. is 766 fpm.

FIXED BLADE WALL LOUVERS
Drainable Blade Fixed Louvers
The Model DFL offers excellent resistance to rain and weather.
The drainable blade design channels water away from the blades
and down the jambs. This eliminates water cascading from blade
to blade. The channel frame is 4” deep with drainable 45 degree
blades. This model is only available in extruded aluminum and
comes standard with a birdscreen on the back.
Single Panel Sizes - 12”W x 12”H to 48”W x 60”H.
• Water Penetration - .01 oz/sq ft. is 910 fpm.
• Free Area – 8.48 sq. ft. for a 48” x 48”.

Options:

Combination Fixed and Adjustable Blade Louvers
The Model ACL offers superior resistance to rain and
weather while also offering you the ability to completely
close the opening off if needed. The channel frame is 4”
deep with drainable 45 degree fixed blades in the front
with adjustable blades with seals for tight shutoff in the
back all within one frame. The adjustable rear blades are
operated with a thumb screw. This model is only available
in extruded aluminum and comes standard with a birscreen
on the front.
