ABOUT THE FACTORY
Energy Bruciatori lndustriali Srl was established in 1992
by a group of specialists with 20 years of experience
in the design and manufacture of industrial burners.
The ENERGY factory is located in the suburbs of Turin,
one of Italy’s and, of course, Europe’s industrial centers.
Almost 20 years in the making, ENERGY has become
a benchmark for professionals in industrial burner
production for high-tech, long-life and easy-to-maintain
burner equipment, as evidenced by the widespread
geography of facilities.
ENERGY’s engineering team is constantly engaged
in research and studies of effective combustion
technologies of various types of fuel for a reduction
of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. ENERGY
experts are also working on adapting the serial
production line for ENERGY burner devices, to operate
in boilers of all well-known manufacturers in the world.
Russian boiler plants, the products of which are often
specific and require a special approach, are no exception.

Belgium, Brazil, Bangladesh, China, Sweden, Croatia,
Egypt, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Great Britain,

ENERGY IBSM
MONO-BLOCK INDUSTRIAL BURNERS
Mono-block burners of the IBSM series with a power from 192 to 13760 kW are designed to operate on all types of
gas and liquid fuel (along with petroleum, heavy oil, and used oil) as well as on two or more types of fuel (dual-fuel
bumers).Available in Low NOx version for any model.
Burners of the given series can be applied to operate with all types of boilers with the corresponding power. The
compact and reliable design of IBSM series burners allows you to save working space in the boiler room: modem
technologies used on IBSM burners help increase the performance efficiency of the installation and reduce harmful
atmospheric emissions.

ENERGY IBST
DUAL-BLOCK INDUSTRIAL BURNERS
Dual-block burners of the IBST series with power from 320 to 19600 kW are designed to operate on all types of gas
and liquid fuel (along with petroleum, heavy oil, and used oil) as well as to operate on two or more types of fuel (dual
fuel burners). Available in Low NOx version for any model.
The main difference between IBST series burners and mono-block designs is the presence of a separate fan
and electrical junction box, facilitating a reduction in noise level in the working area and enabling a supply air for
combustion with a temperature up to 200 °C.

ENERGY IBSR DUAL-BLOCK INDUSTRIAL
BURNERS (with adjustable flame)
Dual-block register burners of the IBSR series with power from 940 up to 56000 kW are designed to operate on all
types of gas and liquid fuel (along with petroleum, heavy oil and used oil) and on two or more types of fuel (dual fuel
burners).Available in Low NOx version for any model.
Unlike IBST series burners, burners IBSR series have special design of air ducts. This construction includes registers
(special blades), by changing the position of which you can change the turbulence of air flow through the burner’s air
duct and with that change the geometry of the flame: its diameter and length, which is especially relevant for the
reconstruction of Russian-made boilers with small combustion chambers.

regulator, heavy oil electro-pump, self-cleaning filter, inlet/outlet and by-pass valve kit and fuel high pressure flexibles.
This Heavy oil thurst group work at pressure ≤ 3 bar with fuel temperature of 60°C.

HEAVY OIL THRUST GROUP with steam
exchanger
This group is adapted to fuel heavy oil and it is complete of collecting tank, electrical pre-heater with temperature
regulator, heavy oil electro-pump, self-cleaning filter. This Heavy oil thurst group work at pressure ≤ 3 bar with fuel
temperature of 60°C.
The steam exchanger with PED certification, complete of accessories. Steam exchanger is designed for steam pressure
10-14 bar. If the end user choose to insert steam exchanger is necessary to increase heavy oil temperature till 110 °C
at ring pressure of 3 bar.
