GATOROLOGY- <noun>
A system of methods and principles for quality.
LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION
This method of construction is a blend between dense foam and nylon. The
interiors are constructed with a dense EPS foam that is shaped to create
a “hard” case. Then we cover the foam with high quality 600 denier nylon to
make it appear similar to a bag yet have the rigidity of a hard case.
ROTO-MOLD
The rotational molding process is a high temperature, low pressure plastic
forming process that uses heat and biaxial rotation (rotation on two axis) to
produce hollow, one piece parts. Gator utilizes roto-molding for large format
products that require form fitting capabilities.
PE- HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
PE is a rugged plastic material which has a high resistance to impact.
PE provides good performance in low temperatures where other plastics
would crack and is highly resistant to both chemicals and moisture.
Gator uses PE for the products that need to t ake the hardest beating
on the road.
DENIER NYLON
A strong nylon material that is used in the construction of bags. The higher the
number, such as 600-denier, the better the quality. 600-denier is highly tear-and
water-resistant.
EPS FOAM – EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE
EPS is a thermal plastic material. It is formed to make a dense foam that
is ideal for creating form fit protection for the product. Gator uses EPS to
create case interiors and structures.
ABS- ACRYLONITRILE BUTADINE STYRENE
ABS plastic has good impact resistance and impact absorption. It is easily
formed to make all shapes and sizes. Gator uses ABS for the cases that are
designed to offer strong hard case protection but do not need the extreme
durability of PE.
G-TOUR™
G-TOUR™ a is GATOR designed flight cases with heavy-duty aluminum extrusions
and rugged laminated plywood exterior.
EVA ETHYLENE-VINYL ACETATE
EVA is a polymer used to absorb physical shock. Gator uses EVA to give extra
protection between foam and nylon along with forming tough contoured molded
pieces.

Gator’s lightweight Polyethylene shock racks are
built for protection and function. The shock rack is
specifically designed to allow 360 degree air ventilation
around equipment to keep your gear lasting longer.
Adjustable interior sliding support on each side of rack
adjusts front to back and up and down for rear support
of gear to eliminate shifting and jostling. Recessed side
handles give your hands a break while the locking lid
gives you peace of mind.

Gator’s virtually indestructible rotational molded Polyethylene rack cases
are the ultimate in durability. The 19” deep rack cases are available in
standard or rolling versions. All cases come with full sized front and rear
rack lids for easy access. The rolling version includes a telescoping towhandle and in-line style wheels. These unique racks are available in
several custom colors. The black version is made from recycled materials.

RACK DRAWERS
Gator Cases offers a large selection of rack drawers
designed for any of your rack needs. All Gator Rack
Drawers feature fully enclosed 16 gauge cold rolled
steel construction. The heavy-duty smooth-glide
drawer slides and spring-loaded latches make using
these drawers effortless. The rack drawers are
coated with a classic black powder finish for a clean,
uniform look. For added security, drawers include a
lock knock-out and a complimentary lock and key (not
available on shallow rack models).

value priced LCDs. Rotationally molded from rugged polyethylene plastic and featuring a unique molded
screen support system, the G-LCD is sure to be the new standard in LCD transport. Made in the USA
from recycled materials.

From the get go we wanted to do something new, something that looked sleek
and that worked better than anything out there in the market today. From this
ideology was born what we call our iD series, which is truly a new stand line
from the ground up and is our iD in the market. This series incorporates clean
lines that allow them to easily be stored and look elegant when in use. All the
mechanisms were diligently thought through and tested to ensure they not only
looked great but they worked in a way that was natural and easy to use.
At the core of all Gator Frameworks product design is the mission for it to be
easy to operate and to hold up to extensive use. The handles, knobs and
mechanisms are designed to operate in the most instinctive way and to feel
comfortable in your hand. Our goal is to humanize every product. We utilize
only the best of materials and have added attributes from the inside out such
as thicker extrusion and anodized parts to every product to ensure that they will
sustain the rigors of the field.
In the end our mission is to create products that you do not have to worry
