Geology and Resource of the Moblan Lithium Pegmatite Sergio Gelcich, (Perilya Limited) Joanie Béland (SOQUEM) Laury Schmitt (SOQUEM) Yvon Trudeau (SOQUEM) Gary Pearse (Equapolar Consultant) Moblan Location MOBLAN PROPERTY 2 Geological Setting 3 Local Geology 500 m 4 West Moblan: Aerial Look to the Northeast Main Sill South East Sills 5 Moblan West Main Pegmatite Sill 6 Pegmatite Anatomy The Main Sill is zoned, generally with an albite-rich (50-90%) wall zone at both contacts with quartz. The albite wall zone is comparatively thin, generally less than one metre A K-feldspar zone usually with some quartz bands, green mica and lesser albite contacts the albite wall zones although it isn’t everywhere present. These zones enclose a central, banded spodumene-quartz core zone with concordant subzones in the form of feldspar-rich bands, most commonly dominated by albite but generally mixed with K-feldspar, quartz and dark green mica. Chains of coarse K-feldspar crystals also occur in the zone. 7 Mineralization 8 Mineralization Spodumene Zone 9 Pegmatite Zoning K feldspar Zone Albite Qtz Zone 10 Mineral Resource December 2008 NI-43-101 Inferred Resource 5.3 million tonnes @ 1.5% Li2O & 0.43% cutoff includes 2.1 million tonnes @ 1.9% Li2O to a depth of 50 metres 11 Mineral Resource May 2011 at different Li2O Cut-off Li2O% Cut-off grades Measured 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 Indicated 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 Inferred 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 Total Measured, Indicated and Inferred Resource 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 PEGM1 Tonnes Li2O % PEGM2 Tonnes Li2O % Total Tonnes Li2O % 4,799,000 4,725,000 4,639,000 4,552,000 1.60 1.62 1.64 1.65 83,000 82,000 80,000 74,000 1.05 1.05 1.07 1.10 4,882,000 4,807,000 4,719,000 4,625,000 1.59 1.61 1.63 1.65 6,475,000 6,205,000 5,971,000 5,684,000 1.31 1.34 1.37 1.41 877,000 842,000 780,000 707,000 0.92 0.94 0.97 1.00 7,352,000 7,047,000 6,752,000 6,391,000 1.26 1.29 1.33 1.37 1,502,000 1,463,000 1,425,000 1,368,000 1.29 1.32 1.34 1.37 1,443,000 1,393,000 1,354,000 1,291,000 1.07 1.09 1.10 1.13 2,945,000 2,856,000 2,780,000 2,659,000 1.18 1.21 1.22 1.25 12,776,000 12,393,000 12,036,000 11,604,000 1.41 1.44 1.47 1.50 2,403,000 2,317,000 2,214,000 2,072,000 1.01 1.03 1.05 1.08 15,179,000 14,710,000 14,250,000 13,676,000 1.35 1.38 1.41 1.44 •2004 JORC Code was followed for Mineral Resources. •Mineral Resources are estimated using an average price of US$350 per tonne of spodumene concentrate and a US$/C$ exchange rate of 1:1.00. •Totals may not represent the sum of the parts due to rounding. 12 Deposit Domains 1 2 13 3 West Domain: Section 6600E 14 Central Domain: Section 6750E 15 East Domain: Section 7100E 16 3D Model (view to the West) 17 Conceptual Pit Resource 18 Mineralization open down dip 19 2011 program objectives include: • Characterising the mineralogy and metallurgical performance of the Moblan pegmatite • Developing a conceptual flow-sheet for ore processing • Developing a preliminary mine plan • Estimate of preliminary capital and operating costs to ±25% • Completing a preliminary mine and infrastructure geotechnical assessment • Preliminary tailings site location and conceptual design • Background socio-economic and environmental studies • Develop preliminary marketing plan Jointly develop a pre- development agreement with the Cree Nation of Mistissini to set out various undertakings of the parties during exploration and pre-development activities and provide the basis for the negotiations of an Impacts and Benefits Agreement. 20 Moblan Lithium’s Advantages Solid Resource definition of high grade ore Open pit, low strip ratio (~1:1) Good metallurgy (based upon limited test work) 86% recovery of spodumene 7.2% Li2O concentrate / 91% spodumene 2 km from a highway Close to existing infraestructure Located on land designated for development in the James Bay Land Claims Agreement 100 km from an established mining town (Chibougamau) 21
