design concept
Fave Hotels are ideal for city or resort locations and offer fun, fresh & friendly rooms and
suites imaginatively designed with a modern sophistication and contemporary chic. Fave
Hotels are welcoming and practical, offering an exceptional combination of style and
function - outfitted for a luxurious escape, but equipped to please the most discerning
traveler.
Fave Hotels are typically 100 to 150 rooms in size and have the usual facilities and
services one would normally expect to find in a 2 star hotel such as coffee shop, meeting
rooms, parking space.
A normal 100 room fave hotel would cost between 300 million and 350 million per room
bay. Design time usually takes two to three months and following one or two months of
bidding, from ground breaking to soft opening day can normally be done in around one
year.

The reception & seating area should have same colour scheme.
They should be welcoming and eye-catching, which can be achieved with distinctive design of
loose furniture – altogether creating a cool, clean and comfy atmosphere.
Magenta and shades on indigo colours should be dominant here, combined with rich colour to
create an evoking and dramatic look.

Meeting room is an important facilities for Fave Hotels, 2 meeting rooms with 60 sqm size
each is a minimum requirements, but the more meeting rooms, the better business we
will get.
Simple yet modern design with touch of unique style of Fave Design will create a comfy
feelings for big meeting business or just small discussions.

100 – 150 pax coffee shop for breakfast and also for meeting room package, lunch and dinner.
Design focused on wall features and/or ceiling to create a playful and unique theme – add accent
lighting to compliment it.

The back of house space in a Fave Hotel is made as efficient as possible but
needs to follow the design standards so it works efficiently.

Each Fave Hotel should ideally have a minimarket. If there
is none, then vending machines should be set up in the
lobby.

All items for Fave Hotels are standardized and it is important that the correct items are purchased such
as the key card systems, internet systems, etc, in order to ensure that system works refer to the Master
Purchasing List (MPL) for details.

standardized all aspects of the signage and collateral
used in Fave Hotels.

Uniforms are all provided for the staff including the General Manager. The staff wash uniforms by
themselves and provide their own black trousers and black shoes.
