Ordering: Our Customer Service and Order Desk Departments are open
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST) and can be reached
at 905-895-1556 or toll free at 800-671-9136. Orders may be faxed to
905-895-2015 or toll free to 800-493-5301. Orders can also be emailed
to [email protected].
Shipping: All orders are shipped via FedEx or similar carrier. The cost
of shipping and C.O.D. charges (if applicable) is added to the invoice.
For shipments via Air, please contact Customer Service for details.
US orders are shipped F.O.B. Cheektowaga, NY. Canadian orders are
shipped F.O.B. Newmarket, ON.
Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $100.00. Orders below $100.00
are subject to a $25.00 handling surcharge.
New Account Orders: All new customer orders are C.O.D. (Certified
Check or Cash), or VISA/MasterCard. If a customer would like to establish
credit terms of Net 30 days, please include a completed and signed credit
application with your order. Allow 5-7 business days for credit approval.
(Upon approval, you will be notified by email). Please ensure that all
details are completed in full on the Credit Application, then fax to
905-895-2015 or 800-493-5301.
Back-orders: Every attempt is made to ship your order complete.
In the event of missing items, unless indicated at the time of ordering,
no back-orders will be kept.
NSF Checks: A charge of $25.00 will be added to your account for each
NSF check issued. We reserve the right to revoke credit privileges to
customers who issue an NSF check.
Shortages: Please check all merchandise carefully upon receipt of your
order. In order to receive credit for any shortages and/or damages,
claims must be called in within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Returns: All sales are final. Certain programs contain an exchange
option. In those cases, any credits issued may only be applied against
future orders and not against any amounts owing. Contact our
Customer Service Department for complete details.
