You must book your room directly with Beach Bum Melissa to ensure you get the group rate for the entire length of stay, are on the official guest list through the resort, the couple earns more group incentives and to ensure you receive the group benefits included in the bride and group’s wedding package. Riu Palace Tropical Bay combines excellent service with two stunning pools, luxurious Junior Suite and Suite accommodations and a lively Jamaican ambience. The all-­‐inclusive plan at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay includes room accommodations as selected; unlimited meals and snacks; unlimited beverages including domestic and a selection of imported alcoholic beverages, tropical juice cocktails and soft drinks; regularly restocked in-­‐room mini-­‐bar and liquor dispenser; 24 hour room service and 24 hour all-­‐inclusive snacks and beverage service; access to supervised kids club for ages 4-­‐12 at adjacent Riu Negril; fully equipped fitness center; 2 tennis courts; non-­‐motorized water sports including kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, body boards, snorkeling equipment and introductory scuba lesson in the pool; wireless internet access in lobby area; daily resort activities and entertainment; entrance to 'Pacha' night club with drinks located at Riu Negril (open six nights a week). All reservations must be received through the secure, online reservation form. To request current rates based on your specific needs or to submit your reservations, please go to www.beachbumvacation.com/reservation and submit a reservation form. Melissa will be in touch with you first to review rate options and get your approval before charging your card for the deposit. See deposit options below. Submitting the reservation form does not automatically make your reservations or charge your card, it just submits the information to Melissa so that she can provide you with options that meet your needs. ! If you have frequent flyer miles or airline credit vouchers Melissa is NOT able to book your flight. You must do so on your own. ! Determine if you want travel protection. It’s highly recommended! Insurance rates below are based on your total vacation package value per person. TRAVEL INSURANCE: The plan allows you to cancel for any reason up to the morning of your scheduled departure and a receive a full refund of your trip costs (less the cost of insurance). It also covers lost/stolen/delayed baggage, trip delay or interruption and up to $5k per person in medical expenses. DOWN PAYMENT OPTIONS: 1) Room Only: It’s just $150 per person to book just the room. 2) Room with insurance: It’s just $150 per person + the cost of insurance ($104-­‐$144 additional) 3) Room and flights without insurance: It’s $150 per person + total airfare cost. 4) Room and flights with insurance: It’s just $150 per person + the cost of insurance and airfare ! After the down payment is made the final balance is due May 13, 2015. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $25 late fee per person if payment is made after May 13, 2015. If you make your final payment within 30 days of departure there is an additional $25 fee. ! Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Melissa at Beach Bum Vacation. www.beachbumvacation.com/reservation Payment policy: In order to guarantee your room the full payment must be received by May 13, 2015. AIRFARE will be due at the time you are ready to add it to your package. Beach Bum Vacation’s insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through Beach Bum Vacation. Airfare booked separately is not covered. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted. Note: Returned checks subject to $30.00 fee. What travel documents will I need? You will need a valid passport in order to travel to Jamaica, no exceptions. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel date. You will need to indicate on the form if you accept or decline TRIP INSURANCE. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after payment is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment. Special Needs: Please specify if anyone in your party meets any of the following criteria: (1) holds frequent flyer miles (2) is hearing or vision impaired (3) has dietary restrictions (4) needs a wheelchair (5) is diabetic (6) is highly allergic. CANCELATION POLICY: Once reservation is made up to January 1, 2015 $100 cancellation penalty per person From January 2 – May 13, 2015 $250 cancellation penalty per person From May 14, 2015 forward 100% cancellation penalty The aforementioned is person or room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets – if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets -­‐ they are 100% not refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Insurance covers these penalties for individuals making reservations within the group – if they have purchased insurance. Insurance does NOT cover the group contract as a whole, only individuals. If you do not have insurance – natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancelations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancelation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve them from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage. Frequently Asked Questions: -­‐Currency: USDs are accepted in Jamaica so there is no need to exchange your currency. -­‐Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes. -­‐Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time. -­‐ Weather: The average temperatures in Jamaica during the month of July are highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 70s. -­‐Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approximately 3 weeks for processing.
