Our premier, all purpose cutting rule for rule processors.
• Expressly engineered for the demanding needs of all
automatic rule processors.
• Precision skived (shaved) and induction hardened from the
finest steel.
• Ductile rule body provides bending that is excellent,
repeatable, consistent and uniform.
• Available in .937” (23.8 mm) high in either 2 or 3 point
thickness.
• The standard bevel on both point sizes is 52°. A 46° bevel is
optional on 2 point and a secondary (long) bevel is available
on the 3 point rule.
• Consistent and repeatable overall performance.

MICRONIK
™
Our patented, pre-microscopically nicked cutting rule.
• Super sleek, special long bevel cutting rule with defined
patterns of uniform micro-nicking with a standard nick of
.007” (.18mm) wide and .030” (.76 mm) deep.
• Standard pattern is 4 nicks per inch. Also available in 1, 2, 8,
and 16 nicks per inch patterns on special order.
• Eliminates the time and effort associated with nicking.
• Allows tighter quality control and complete performance
predictability.
• Produces product edges that look and feel superior to any
conventionally nicked edges.
• Creates cuts that are less likely to snag, pivot, “belly” or burst
prematurely.
• Significantly improved press speed.
• Reduces cutting pressure, edge crush, dusting and angel hair.
• Excellent for recycled stocks.
• Improves stripping, often eliminating need for blanking.
• Available in cut lengths (standards are 36” and 1 meter) or in

MICROCUT
Companion rule for MicroNik.
• MicroCut is the exact same product as MicroNik — only without the nicks, for areas of the die that don’t require nicking.
• In certain applications, using MicroNik with other less sleek,
conventional rules, may create an imbalance in required cutting pressures. This is because MicroNik cuts with much less
pressure than ordinary rules. Combining MicroCut and
MicroNik creates a balanced cutting pressure.
• MicroCut provides all the same advantages of MicroNik
except those associated with the nicks.
