Information
Ordering
Purchase Orders (POs):
All POs must be submitted in writing via
fax, mail or email to the factory. The factory
will correct any pricing without notification.
Special pricing, price quotes, promo
codes and/or coupons must accompany
your PO; otherwise your order will be
billed at current catalog pricing. Credits
will not be given if these don’t accompany
your PO. In order to correctly follow your
custom imprint instructions, we require
that all pertinent information relating to
your artwork or logo be sent together and
be included in writing on your PO.
Pricing Note:
Prices are subject to change without
notice. We cannot be held responsible for
any inaccurate data in any of the industry
search tools such as ASI, ESP, Sage, etc.

Reorders:
Reorder setup charge: $28.75g. Art will
be held on file for 2 years. After 2 years
normal setup charges will apply. Your
previous PO number or our order number
must accompany all reorders. The factory
is not responsible for difference in ink
color, if you do not provide us with a
sample from the previous order.
Ordering Catalogs and Flyers:
You may order up to 20 catalogs or flyers
at no charge. Call for pricing on larger
quantities.
Blank Items:
You may order blank items at end quantity
pricing. Must be purchased in full case
quantities, $50 minimum orders. Call
factory for quantities. Glass or ceramic
products are not sold as blanks.
Self Promotions:
For distributors’ self promotions, any item
may be ordered at next column pricing
(minimums apply, contact customer
service). Distributor is responsible for
setup charges, shipping charges and any
other charges that may apply.
Sample Requests:
We will be glad to send random samples
at no charge. Sample requests must be
faxed or emailed. Unless specified, all
samples will be shipped ground. If air
shipment is needed please provide us
with your Fed Ex account number to ship
the items third party. We ship exclusively
Fed Ex. Please mark clearly if sample is
needed in a rush.
Speculative Samples:
Available for $50g; normal screen charges,
art charges, etc. still apply. Any revisions
or changes to original spec sample will
result in additional screen and/or art
charges. Due to variations in products,
inks, etc., from the production of the spec
sample and the actual production of your
order, a slight variation may occur, but this
is within current industry standards.
Payment / Terms
Payment Terms:
All customers are asked to prepay
their order in full until terms have been
established. Your order is on hold and not
complete until payment is received. Your
production time starts when payment and
art approval are complete.
If you would like to establish net 30
terms with our company, please send a
complete and signed credit application for
consideration. (A credit application can be
found on our website.) Please allow 5-7
days for processing; some exceptions
may apply. Any account that falls past
due will be placed on credit hold. Any inhouse orders or new orders will be on hold
until the account becomes current. Any
companies not having appropriate credit
will remain on prepay status.
Returned Checks:
There will be a $43.75(x) charge for
returned checks due to insufficient
funds. All future orders will need to be
accompanied with a money order or
cashier’s check.
Credit Card Information:
We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover.
Production / Rush Time
Production Time:
Standard production time for one-color
imprint is 1-3 business days after payment
and art approval are received. Please
call the factory to confirm availability of
inventory prior to submitting orders. We
will do our best to accommodate any rush
orders at no additional charge; please
clearly specify on PO the actual date
needed for all rush orders. Rush service
may not be available on all products
during peak periods.
Imprint Area:
The maximum imprint size for each
product is listed with the product. Unless
stated in writing on your PO, we will use
the maximum imprint area for the product
ordered. Please state on your PO if you
do not wish for your art to be maximized.
Printing Distortions:
Due to the tapered shape of some
products, distortion may occur on some
logos, designs, and geometric shapes and

will be considered acceptable and within
current industry standards.
Wraparound Imprint:
Unless otherwise stated on product page,
most items include a 1-side, 2-side or
wraparound imprint as long as the same
imprint color is used. If not requested on
your PO, only side one will be imprinted.
Due to the shape of some products
geometric shapes and/or logos may be
distorted and wraparound imprint may not
be offered.
Two-Color Imprints:
Two-color imprint is available on selected
items only. Please call prior to placing
your order for pre-approval on all twocolor imprints. Factory reserves the right
to refuse any two-color order that we
feel would not produce a quality product.
There is a possibility of mis-registration of
approximately +/- 1/32” of each color in
any direction. Two-color imprint on side
one only. Side two may be one of those
colors. Minimum 8 day production time
on two-color jobs. Minimum order of 144
required. There will be an additional setup
charge and run charge.
Profane or Vulgar Art:
The factory reserves the right to refuse
printing any artwork that contains profane
logos, designs, or words.
Changes:
Changes made to an order already in
process, but not in production, will incur
a $25g charge. Any changes made to an
order after it has been received at the
factory, must be confirmed in writing or by
fax. Changes cannot be made to orders
already in production.
Cancellations:
All charges incurred prior to the
cancellation of an order will be invoiced.
Minimum charge of $45g.
Overruns and Under-runs:
All orders are subject to overruns or
under-runs of 5-10%. We will ship and bill
for the exact quantity shipped.
Inks / Colors
Imprint Colors:
Many standard imprint
available, see page 39.

Silver and Gold metallic inks maybe used
at no extra charge. Metallic imprints are
microwave safe.
PMS Ink Colors:
PMS color matching is available for all
glass and ceramic products with a $50g
PMS match charge. While we can not
guarantee an exact match, we strive for
the closest match possible.

Ink Color Changes:
There will be a $25g charge per ink color
change. Catalog minimums and full case
quantities apply.
Third-Party Shipping:
If you wish to ship under your own Fed
Ex account a $5 handling fee per box
will apply. If you elect to ship via any
other carrier you will be responsible for
scheduling the pick up and the same $5
handling fee will apply. You will need to
provide the factory with the appropriate
shipping labels. We will notify you when
your order is complete and ready for pick
up. If you are shipping via truck line we
must also have a copy of the bill of lading
24 hours prior to pick up. Any customer
arranged shipping that has not been
picked up within 3 business days will incur
a holding fee (up to $25 per day) based on
the size of the order.
Ceramic and Glassware:
Non-vitrified stoneware products are not
deemed acceptable for restaurant use.
Slight variations and tiny imperfections
in glassware and ceramics are not
considered flaws. Variances in height,
diameter and other dimensions as well as
glaze, colors, pockmarks, etc. are within
acceptable industry standards. Ounces
and weight will vary and should not be
used as a standard of measure. Please
allow a tolerance of +/- 5% for ounce
capacity variances.
Prop 65
The factory decorates product using
imprint methods that comply with the
U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA)
guidelines for heavy metal release
standards.
Washing/Cleaning:
Avoid the use of commercial detergents
and abrasive cleaners which can damage
any imprint as can dishwasher use.
Products are not intended for use in
restaurant environment.
Shipping / Claims
Shipping:
We ship exclusively via Federal Express
Ground and Express Saver. Factory is
not responsible for the delay of orders
for any reason from any carrier. Orders
are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are
shipped uninsured. If you would like items
to be insured during shipment for the
amount of the purchase, please request
“extra shipping insurance” on your PO
and provide us with the total amount of
insurance you desire. Please specify
the deadline date or in-hands date on
your PO. The factory is not responsible
for delays of your order resulting from
negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of
God, power failures, weather conditions,
etc. The factory reserves the right to ship
orders by overnight service to meet your
in hands date, and extra charges will be
added to your invoice.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments
will be sent freight prepaid. The factory
reserves the right to submit additional
freight billing from the carrier after the
original invoice is issued for miscellaneous
fees including, but not limited to, inside
delivery charges, residential delivery
charges, address corrections, redelivery
charges, etc., billed by the carrier.
The factory does not guarantee freight
estimates and will not be responsible for
Oversized Packages:
Oversized packages will require extra
shipping charges as per Federal Express
oversize
and
dimensional
weight
categories. Quantities per case, shipping
rates, carton weights and dimensions are
subject to change without notice.
Repacking Charges:
There will be a charge of $7.50g per case
for repacking all glassware and ceramic
items.
F.O.B.:
Factory in Missouri.
C.O.D. orders:
C.O.D. orders are not available.
Drop or Split Shipment:
There will be a $10g charge for each drop
or split shipment after the first drop ship
address. Drop or split shipments must
be in full case quantities. If the distributor
requests a sample of their order to be
shipped to them, there will be a drop
ship charge of $10g for the 2nd shipping
location plus applicable shipping charges.
The factory is not responsible for any
damaged order reshipped from the first
drop ship point.
Claims:
Please check your order immediately
upon receipt. All claims must be reported
within 10 calendar days upon receipt
of goods. Customer must retain any
damaged or broken goods for inspection
by carrier. You may be asked to submit a
digital image of the product in question.
We reserve the right to either credit or
remake product.
Postal Service:
There will be a minimum $100g charge for
special handling of parcel post shipments.
If your order ships Express Mail or Priority
Mail there will be a handling charge of
$50g. The factory is not responsible for

lost, delayed, or damaged goods shipped
via Postal Service. Unless stated on your
PO, order will be shipped uninsured.
Returns:
Shipments returned without an assigned
return authorization number will be
refused. Any unauthorized returns will
be shipped back to the distributor, and
additional shipping charges will be billed
to the distributor.
Trademarks / Designs
Customer is solely responsible for ALL
laws regarding trademarks, patents,
licenses, rights of privacy, or similar
rights or protections. All copy, artwork,
or other material submitted to the factory
by the customer or distributor will be in
full compliance with all laws applying
to trademarks, service marks, patents,
licenses, rights of privacy or similar right
of protection. Logos on the product in
this catalog are depicted only to show
decorating capabilities of the factory.
Licensed artwork may require a written
release, and customer and/or distributor is
liable for all licensed artwork. The factory
disclaims all liability for non-compliance
with these laws.
Right to Promotion:
Unless otherwise specified in writing, at
the time your order is placed, we reserve
the right to use any item produced by
us for display and promotion. Many of
the imprints that appear in our catalog
are actual samples of orders we have
produced for our distributors; however,
their presence does not constitute
endorsement. Some Images shown on
product samples are not available for print.
Artwork
Guidelines
We know you want a quality product
with a clean, sharp imprint. The finished
product can only be as good as the
artwork provided. In an effort to produce
your order, our art department needs your
help in adhering to our art requirements.
Here are the file types we accept and what
works best.
Art is print-ready if
• it’s in black and white
• it has sharp, clean lines
• it requires no retouching
• it’s complete with text and graphics
• it’s resolution is at least 600 DPI
• it’s a vector file with fonts outlined
Submit artwork to:

include your company name and PO# in
the subject line. Please fax a hard copy of
your artwork with your PO or if submitting
your order via email, include a JPG for
viewing.
Unless specified on your PO all orders will
be printed one side only. Many products
offer 2-sided imprint at no additional
charge.
Accepted Formats:
We accept EPS, AI, PDF, TIF, PSD,
and JPG files. Resolution for all raster
elements or files must be 600 DPI or
greater at printed size. Images from
the web are usually 72 DPI which is not
acceptable for printing.
Questions:
If you have a question about your
artwork, please call customer service
before emailing your artwork to the art
department.
Unaccepted Formats:
We do not accept Microsoft Word,
Publisher or Power Point files. Nor do we
accept files from InDesign, QuarkXPress,
Pagemaker or any other page layout
programs. Attention CorelDraw users:
Please export files as AI for Mac before
sending.
Color:
Please send your art with CMYK Black
representing your imprint color. Please do
not use your imprint color in the artwork,
unless it is a 2-color image.
Typesetting:
We will set up to six lines of straight line
type at no charge. There will be an art
charge of $30g to set arched type or to do
custom layouts and may require additional
time.
Fonts:
Do not send artwork with “live” type.
Please be sure all text is converted to
outlines, curves or paths.
Proofs:
We must have a printable art approval
before the order can be go to production.
Proofs will be emailed or faxed. Virtual
proofs are $30g and may require
additional time.
Changes:
Changes made to your artwork after your
proof has been sent will incur art charges
and will require additional time.
Type and Line Weights:
We guarantee lines and gaps as small
as .5 point will print cleanly and type 7
points and larger will print legibly on all of
our products except item#MEGACC. Our
minimums for that product are 1.5 point
lines and gaps and 12 point and larger
type.
Art Charges:
Are $60g per hour, 1/2 hour minimum.

Art Terminology:
We realize that artwork and the
terminology used can be a little confusing.
Maybe this basic information can clear up
a few mysteries.
Vector Art:
Native files from Adobe Illustrator &
CorelDraw are vector art. Vector art will
reproduce cleanly at any size because it is
created by outlines, not dots (see example
below). Vector art is the ideal format for
screen printing and pad printing.
Resolution:
Raster art files are resolution dependent.
The greater “dots per inch” (DPI) an
image contains, the higher the resolution
is and the better it will look. Native files
from Adobe Photoshop are raster files.
A minimum of 600 DPI is required for
raster images. Images taken from the
web are typically low resolution and not
acceptable.
2-Color Imprints:
For two color imprints we must have
vector art files with spot colors. Two color
art is available on select items and subject
to review.

Gradients & Halftones:
While solid black and solid white artwork
is preferred, we do accept halftone or
black and white photographic images.
Image must be 600 DPI or greater at full
size. Please contact the factory for art preapproval. We reserve the right to refuse
artwork that we do not feel will produce
a quality product. Due to the nature of
halftone images, please note that there
may be slight variations in the artwork
when printed and that imprints may vary
from piece to piece.

Wrap Around Imprint:
Many of our products offer a wrap around
imprint area. This means that artwork
can “wrap” around the product. Note that
artwork does not wrap completely around
