Premium Raffle Items
1. All attendees will be issued a bidder number upon
arrival. Please use this number (versus your name)
when placing silent auction bids.
2. Each bid sheet will contain a minimum bid and a
minimum bid requirement for bid increases. Failure to
comply with the minimum increase will result in the
elimination of your bid. No bid below the minimum bid
will be accepted. GEF reserves the right to change a
minimum bid.
3. Silent auction tables are arranged by category. At 9:00
p.m. tables will begin to close by category and will
continue closing until all have closed.
4. Dollar values and descriptions of items in this booklet
were provided by donors and are estimated for the
purpose of the auction. They are not warranted by GEF
for tax or any other purposes. GEF makes no warranty
of the quality or value of auction items. All items are
sold in as-is condition.
5. All sales are final. Winning bidders must pay in full for
purchased items with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
