Quiet, bright, new apartment with 2 rooms in stylish, central location www.viennabackstage.com General information: Square footage 60 m² The apartment is available for up to 4 adults and 1 baby: There are 2 separate rooms. One features a comfortable double bed (180 cm broad), the second is a dining room, located next to the kitchen. This second room can be changed into a second sleeping room with two single beds (e.g. for children or for a second couple, if you are travelling together). The central location is ideal, as there are two metro stations (U2 and U4 station Schottenring, you have to take exit „Herminengasse“  from there it’s only 150 meters to the apartment, or about 3 minutes walking distance). The apartment is even within walking distance to the historic Inner city with St. Stephen’s cathedral, State Opera, imperial castle Hofburg and all the other important sights. The metro U4 directly leads to other important sights such as the imperial castle Schönbrunn, and the metro U2 directly and within two stations leads to Prater and the famous Big Wheel (Riesenrad). The pleasant and peaceful neighborhood features the lively Karmelitermarkt with very good and nice restaurants (those restaurants are in walking distance, but so far away that you won’t hear those facilities). The nearby, big baroque park „Augarten“ features playgrounds for children, dog areas and interesting courses for joggers/runners. It is the biggest park in central Vienna and is also home of the famous “Vienna Boys’ Choir” (Wiener Sängerknaben) and its new concert hall. Highspeed‐internet is available. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2008 and since that constantly updated with new furniture. It features beautiful and new wooden floors, new windows, a new bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet, a new kitchen and even all the installations (electric, heating, water) are new. This apartment is ideal for couples, for families or for 3‐4 friends travelling together. For families and if two couples travel together, we move the dining table to the bigger room and provide two additional adult beds (or a double bed) in the second room. The whole typically Viennese turn‐of‐the‐century‐building where the apartment is located, was expensively renovated in 2010. So you can enjoy authentic athmosphere within a beautiful and quiet house with good neighbourhood.
